Sealmaster and his Talismans

This question regards three cards:

 

Sealmaster Meisei

Talisman of Trap Sealing

Talisman of Spell Sealing

 

If all 3 cards are on the field, would each Talisman negate each other? If not, then are both spells and traps negated at all times when these two cards are in play?

The answer is simple. If both talismans are on the field at the same time, the last one played will be negated by the first one. It is the same ruling as Jinzo vs. Skill Drain.

So if Spell Sealing is played first and Trap Sealing is played second, then traps can still be played as long as Spell Sealing remains in play?

That is correct, because Spell Sealing will be negating Trap Sealing.
