The position of Abarai Renji has been taken. But you may choose a Cpatin or Vice-Captian's seat else where in the Organization, akon.

Actually, she scored very well. She scored well enough to be a high-ranking seated officer.

 

Byakuya, however, didn't want her in harm's way, as per his promise to Hisana, and pulledsome strings to have removed from the roster of seated officers.

 

Unfortunately, that came with the side-effect of making Rukia lose a lot of her confidence - I tried to represent that in her effect. She can instant freeze-kill something, but her low confidence can cut her power.
