Luxlord
Discuss and Question: If the monsters are destroyed by battle after the cards activation (eg: activated on my turn, then opponents turn, opponent attacks)do I still get to draw cards? Purple Dinosaur
It's good against Yubel (All 3 of them) And to answer the question, I'm thinking the effects only remain active until the End Phase of the turn the card was activated (Not sure on the ruling). Yogg-Saron
Ish ok. There are some combos with it with like Waboku and such I am guessing.
JesusofChaos™
^ How would waboku work, the monsters have to be destroyed by battle
Yogg-Saron
Oh, sorry, I am stupid...though isn't there a card that just decreases damage to you to 0?
God GAK
You can combo it with sinister seed i think....you get to draw 1 or 2 cards or even more and then you get some ready to tribute monsters
Umbra
It says till the end phase' date=' the end phase of your turn[/quote'] It doesn't say that the monster's ATK has to be 0 when it's destroyed.
Cyber Altair
but it's effect wears of after the end phase.
Umbra
The decreasing wears off at the End Phase. However,Each time a monster that had its original ATK reduced to 0 by this effect is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard, draw 1 card. The card doesn't say that the monster necessarily has to have 0 ATK when it's destroyed. It just means that the monster needed to be affected by Alchemy Cycle. As far as I see it, the effect wears off when the monster is either removed from the field or is flipped face-down.
Cyber Altair
i see where your going, we has to wait for the official ruling though =p
Yogg-Saron
Here are the rullings for it. # Monsters with an original ATK that is already 0 are not affected by "Alchemy Cycle". You will not draw a card when they are destroyed by battle.# The effect to draw 1 card starts a Chain.# Monsters Summoned or flipped face-up after "Alchemy Cycle" resolves will not have their original ATK become 0. The first one is a shocker though for me.

Luxlord
this still doesnt answer my questionsome people are saying till the End Phase, but it also says monsters that HAD their origional attack turned to zeroalmost likely meaning afterbut Konami is too stupid to explain... iAmNateXero
Id like this card if its 2nd effect last even after the end phase, and before i do, did anybody ask on the ude forum? If not i'll ask in a few min. It probualy can't work on 0 ATk monsters because then the card would have no cost? It doesn't work because you aren't reducing anything.
