i think you can open the pokemon' date='zoom in,and crop the part you need,then erase the extra parts from the crop and then use new and open a big white spot and copy and paste the things you need there,then zoom in and then use the scale tool to move the parts to where you need it to be,although there is no point since MSpaint is much easier.

Also, I don't think you know this, but There are people with Macs and other non-microsoft computers, so they have to use GIMP.
