J-Max
Not my best card ever but it was a Non Cute pic! :PThis card can only be Tribute Summoned by Tributing 2 Fiend-Type monsters from your side of the field. The controller of this card must send the top 2 cards of his/her Deck to the Graveyard during each of his/her Standby Phases (this is not optional). If this monster inflicts damage to your opponent's Life Points they must discard the top 4 cards of thier Deck to the Graveyard. Increase the ATK of this card by 200 for each card in your opponent's Graveyard.EDIT: Oh Crap. Kaze does Manipulation incluse Holoing? If it does I have a non holoed Pic I can use. J-Max
According to the Upper Deck website, "Archfiend is a special category of card. Most Archfiends can be identified by their name. Any card with "Archfiend" in the card name, is an Archfiend." This category was officially introduced with the release of Dark Crisis, as a way to standardize the English translation of OCG card names containing "Demon" 「デーモン」. To avoid confusion, "Demon" is often spelled "Dæmon" or "Daemon", to show that the card is an Archfiend: some non-Archfiend cards have "Demon" spelled differently[1], and some monsters have Japanese names with "Demon" as a possible translation[2]. FiRaven
Here is mah crappy card All face-up monsters on your side of the field become FIRE monsters as long as this card remains face-up on the field. If there are no FIRE monsters in the Graveyard this card cannot attack. Once per turn you may put 2 FIRE monsters from your graveyard face-up in your opponent's Deck and shuffle it. When your opponent draws one of the cards, it is removed from play and it inflicts 500 points of direct damage to your opponent's Life Points. Cyber Altair
Effect:Once per turn during your Standby Phase you may activate 1 of the following effects - Pay 500 Life Points to change the Battle Position of 1 monster on your side of the field - Pay 1000 Life Points to remove from play 1 card from your Graveyard. Then you may send one card from your hand to your Graveyard. - Pay 2000 Life Points, discard 1 card from your hand to draw 1 card from your deck. Ruling:* Activating any of the effects is optional hence the "you may" is their in the beginning.* Second effect, the part involving the sending of one of your cards from your hand to your Graveyard is optional.

Junk Raver
^_^ Thanx for the nice Image, luckly it was so hard to work with, that it gave a nice alt image to work with. Seeing as i refuse to use images on cards with writing on, i had but 3 choices; - A Head- A Cloudy Skyor- An Arm + Flowers + Violet Stream So, i went with the Stream, and thought of FF7. Notes - Band = Band on Arm, Lifestream = the purple stream going from the flowers to the arm / band.- Tried to make it as random as i could, gives 0 ATK monsters a boost but to not make it highly overpowered, i gave it a downer effect, still, you could, with the right cards, give it a hefty ATK ^_^- V.0 = Version 0, for 0 ATK monsters only, sorta gave me an idea to make more, but other versions such as V.2 for monsters with 200 ATK etc.- Yeah ^_^- New and Master Rule OCG used. ^_^
bury the year
Quick question before I submit my card. Will you take off points if the "Master Rule" OCG is not used? I want to make sure. P.S.: And, are dashes acceptable in replacement for bullets?
VainZiler
Took a bit longer then I expected to think of a reasonable ATK and DEF to balance out the effect I had in mind.
Chaos Master Ygo
im finally done with my card so here it is:This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by Releasing 2 Fairy-Type monsters or Warrior-Type monsters you control. This card is also treated as a Fairy-Type monster. If this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent, your opponent draws 1 card and place 1 Ninja Counter on this card. By removing any number of Angel Counter(s) from this card, activate the appropriate effect based on the number of Angel Counter(s) you removed.- 1: This card gains 400 ATK and DEF.- 2: Pay 700 Life Points to Special Summon as many Level 3 or lower Warrior-Type monsters as possible from your hand.- 3: Draw 2 cards.- 4 or more: You can Special Summon 1 "Fairy Token" (Fairy-Type/EARTH/Level 1/ATK 100/DEF 100) in Attack Position. If the "Fairy Token" is selected as an attack target, destroy all monsters on the field except this card. HOPE YOU LIKED IT ^_^ [(~CMY~)]
Kocrow17
I have to say, a lot of the entries so far have impressed me. I've never even heard of "Master Rule" OCG (I've left the game for the past few months), so using it wouldn't give you an advantage over anyone else. Since the new Master Rules in the OCG / TGC are out / coming out, theres new OCG, for Example; Tribute = ReleaseTributing = ReleasingTribute Summon = Advance SummonFusion Deck = Extra Deckmonster on your field = monster you control etc.etc.

Enigma Zero
Well, I won't pretend this was easy but I've made a card out of 'that pic' you've all been talking about. Here's hoping this contest's underdog can pull out a win. For your viewing pleasure I now present my entry...

"Gemini Elf" + 1 or more "Rabbit" monstersA Fusion Summon of this card can only be conducted with the above Fusion Material Monsters. When this card is successfully Summoned, toss a coin once. This card gains one of the following effects. •Heads: Destroy 1 of your opponent's cards for each "Rabbit" monster used in the Fusion Summoning of this monster. •Tails: Each turn, this card can attack as many of your opponent's monsters as the number of Fusion Material Monsters used for it's Fusion Summon.
