The Yugioh Card Maker Program (Downloadable)

The Yugioh Card Maker program needs the components attached to it because I downloaded it and I put in the components into it and the Yugioh Card Maker still isn't working. I am trying to make cards offline and I can't do that. I still can make cards at this website but not offline. The administrator needs to update the program for downloading it.

Why would you even use the downloadable version, ya you may be able to make cards off of the site, But it's not that hard to just get on the site and make them with no problems......:|

Firstly, the downloadable version is horrible compared to the current one. You also need the proper Matrix font to get stuff right, and then you need to resize the images yourself. That's why it is ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED if you want to make quality cards. And I remember reading that there is not going to be an update.

 

If you want to so badly make them offline, there are two ways.

• Use the downloadable version. There is an official thread for all questions and problems concerning it, ask whatever you want. Get the Matrix Font off some site, and you'll be able to make cards that are at least okay.
  
• Many sites are there that give Yu-Gi-Oh card blanks, just search on google. If you didn't get one that satisfies you, just make one of your own; GIMP or Paint.NET effectively serves the purpose. Then, find a free font that looks similar to Emigre Matrix (e.g. Palatino Linotype), or buy or rip the font from somewhere. Then all you need to do is type out stuff and copy the picture. It still is a long task though; that's why using the online Card Maker is a good choice.
