New Era
I aint retarded. you can use dimension fusion to bring them to your field, then BAM OWNAGE!!! Bazoo is for ATK purposes....its a level 4 that can have 2500 attack until you opponents NEXT turn.so until then you can tribute it to summon a zaborg or keep it their.IT's a terrific card, one of my favs.
chaoserver
Ok, you seem to be ignoring me saying that yes it is a good card. I am however saying card trooper is good in ALL situations, bazoo only some.
Sartorius
I completely agree with you Chaos. As soon as Trooper was released, it became a card that 9/10 of decks ran multiple copies of it. Bazoo is in about 1 in every 100 decks this format or even less. 1 Trooper > 3 Bazoo Need any more reasons? BACK DOWN! XD
darkguy00000
... Trooplication has almost defined the format since the release of DP03, along with things like Raiza the Storm Monarch. It's funny... if Trooper started at 1000 and it was 300 per mill, it would not be the powerhouse it is now. Pros:+ it floats. A draw is very good considering that while this format is fast, attack-wise, it's slow, draw-wise. Other than Morphing Jar, Dekoichi and Trooper, there's nothing widely-used in this format that draws cards. + Due to the above, your opponent usually will not use removal on it as instead of it being a 1-1, it becomes a 1-0 (as Trooper replaces itself) and then practically makes the card a waste. + Machine-type: brilliant. Support abounds here. + Level 3: Stall can't stop this card. Burn has trouble dealing with it because it ducks under everything: with a mill of only two it attacks under Messenger of Peace with 1400 ATK. + less than 500 ATK: Machine Duplication. 'Nuff said. I mean, if you have three, you have like Scapegoat on steroids. And having 1900 ATK x 3 with a possible Limiter Removal hovering means that even if your opponent activates Mirror Force to save their skin, you just draw three, and then you might draw into Pot of Avarice or something. + mills: Destiny Heroes and Bazoo (Bazooper, early format as Trooplication was unknown), love this guy. He's akin to Snipe Hunter: does something that you WANT to happen as a COST and then even if the effect backfires you still get what you want. Cons:-Vulnerable: If they survive Troopers' attack, you'll be hammered through for damage, rather like leaving Reaper in attack mode after a Threatening Roar. -Machine: Electric Virus and System Down are being teched now, Virus even at the higher levels of play. This falls victim to that, and after Virus what was once a fantastic powerhouse for you is working for your opponent. And remember, if it's Brain'd or Virus'd then tributed off, it's not destroyed and you don't get the precious draw. -Mills: This can reveal unwanted information about your deck which could aid your opponent throughout the match (not a concern in casual play, of course), but in competitive play this can actually mean the difference between a quick 2-0 sweep and a hard struggle. iAmNateXero
I hate trooper. I think it is a bad card. + you get a card when it is destroyed. are there combos for it, countless. But i dont like fad cards. just me. what is the point of thining your deck to get what you need, if in the same situation have have a chance of throwing it away?! call me old fashion, but i dont like leaving things up for luck. New Era
thanks nate..the good thing i see about trooper is that it's a level 3, it can be used in gravity bind decks. yes their is an extra draw to it..i would rather have jar of greed, then my bazoo. and you can use bazoo in almost any deck.Don't get me wrong i like card trooper, but its not that good.its not in my favs.
donpatch101
they are GREAT together.Use machine duplication 2 get 3 card troopers on the field...then get rid of 9 cards to power the 3 troopers to 1900...the troopers get rid of cards for bazoo also. New Era
OHH thats actually a pretty cool way to combine card trooper and bazoo. it would own to have a ultimate offering play bazoo, then card trooper machine dupe card trooper toss out 9 cards then activate bazoo's effect. thats sort of close to an OTK

Wow that deck has been dead round my parks for ages. I mean it was ok when it droped, but i hardly see it anymore, seriously, i didnt know it was still in existance, but i can see how. only thing is i wouldnt run bazoo in my ddt deck, id us chaos rider gustoph. any way, this still doesnt convince me that its that great of a card. Honstly, i think it should be a super rare at most. this is almost as upseting as clift. If Cliff the trap remover is common, yet don is ultra, and in todays meta cliff actualy has a better shot at doing something, why the hell wasnt cliff at least rare or super? it makes no sence, and yes i know im off topic. OFF TOPIC: I would have to agree, Donzy Should Not have been an ultra if cliff was a common. I personally see Donzy as a bad card.
