While this card is Face-up on the field, both you and your opponent can attack with this card, change its battle position, and activate its effect. When this card battles a defence position monster, destroy it with this card's effect without flipping it Face-up or applying damage calculation. Silencer is long gone...but I could make something out of it...since I did pick out some good rating skills from him. The card is o.k. like you people say. The whole Avoider idea...nice...but I need to see some more on it...an elaboration...anyway...+1 for you since you came and tried. It could of won too...but since only one member entered, I gave all entries +1 rep.
