For me, it would have to be a tie between Ninetails, Articuno, Suicune, and Milotic. I honestly can't choose between them, as they each have a special, endearing quality of beauty to them. Ninetails is bright and gorgeous, with charming red eyes and silky fur. She has that mysterious look to her. The many tails arrange themselves in many appealing formations, and the dainty paws are lovely. That small main of fur atop her head is quite lovely to behold, as well. Articuno sparkles, and has crystal-like feathers that are rather elegant, and those tail feathers that flow through the air are precious. The patch of down on its chest is adorable, while its legs give it a graceful appearance. Suicune, like Articuno, has a flowy look to him, with a billowy cpae and elegant ribbons that add such a stunning touch to his design. His paws are larger than Ninetails, but they just fit him. The crest atop his head is exquisite.And then there's Milotic, with her sleek, glittering appearance and brightly-colored tail and ears, That tail is so wonderfully reminiscent of a fan, and she uses it to that effect in terms of appearance. Her scales are gorgeous, and the ears are so long and beautiful. Her antennae add a nice touch to her, and her eyes hold the same mysterious quality that Ninetails' do.
