"Really now....like every other powerful Nobody or Heartless destroyed before me, I won't die completely....and like Marluxia, and everyone else, my card will still exist....and I will use it to come back....so don't think that this is the last time you'll see me...."

Zero's body started to fade away, but not before he said one last thing....

"You'll never be able to defeat me again....you had help from all of the other Organization members this time....but now, since most of them are dead....you won't stand a chance...."

Vilayna let out a sigh of relief as she watched Zero fade away, at last. "Good. Now, maybe, he can finally get his peace."

Zexion raised a ghostly eyebrow at her. "What are you saying? I thought you wanted revenge."

Vilayna sighed. "Well, maybe a part of me did. But for all my foolishness, what I wanted most was for him to die so he could be out of his misery. When I was with him, I felt the emptiness he had. He needed to die."

Zexion chuckled. "So, that's it then. Well, going out with last words like that, I don't think "peace" is what he found."

"Maybe not." Vilayna replied. "But he might find it. Just like maybe I will." At the schemer's raised eyebrow, she explained. "Well, I'm still here, aren't I? That means that Is till haven't found my peace. I can't return to the world, since Sora absorbed my card into his Keyblade, and Zero is gone, so what more can I do? I have no idea what else is left for me before I can be at rest."

"Perhaps," Zexion mused. "It's his card. When he faded just now, he stated it would exist somewhere, though obviously not here. Maybe you need to find his card and find some way to get rid of it."

"Maybe you're right." She took a long look at Sora, Axel, Demyx, and Larxene, all of whom were passed out from either lack of energy or utter beatings. "So...should we do something for them?"

Zexion huffed. "I suppose."

And with that, the two apparitions floated downward to open a portal, guiding it over the fallen heroes and transporting them back to Destiny Islands, where they could hopefully awaken to some sunlight.

"Explain something to me." Vilayna requested as the two flew off with no direction in mind.

"What?"

"Why exactly did you betray them? What did you want with the Organization?"

"...a new world."

"Excuse me?"

"I grew tired of living in the worlds we had grown accustomed to. Too corrupt. I wanted to shape a new one, a more euphoric one. For that, I would need the power of the Organization at my command. You've seen what the Cards and that Soul Shard could do. I could have used them for that purpose."

"But in order to do that, you would need to betray your Organization and take their powers. Despicable means to an admirable end."

"Oh shut up, like you're one to talk about good choices made in life."

"Heh, I suppose I'm not. Well...I've been in the conscious world for as long as I can in a 48 hour span. I'll see you." She said, fading away.

Zexion opted to do the same. He had a long afterlife ahead of him, after all. What the hell would HE need to do to find peace? Who the hell knew.

OOC: ^^ And I have wrapped myself up completely. GREAT RP guys.

Axel awoke, feeling a sharp pain in his arm. A large puddle of blood was underneath him. He pulled the keyblade out of his arm, wincing in pain. "W-we did...it...we finally...did..it..." Axel slumped to the ground, passing out.

Axel stood in the corridors of his mind. He heard a voice from behind the door. "Curses! He lived. If he had died, I would have been able to take the body and kill you!"

Another voice came from behind the door. "I will not allow Axel to die. I will not allow him to become your puppet either. As long as Axel lives, you are in check, Sensei."

Axel opened the door and burst into the room. There he saw the heartless and Tobi, sitting at a long table. "Oh, uhh, this is awkward..." Tobi said. "I was hoping he'd stay awake and he would learn later..."

"It doesn't matter," the heartless said. "I can't use anymore of my powers for another year."

Axel's eyesight started to blur. "The Amaterasu has taken it's toll, Axel." Tobi informed him. "You have one year to steal the eyes of a blood relative, or you will remain blind and weak." Tobi stood up. "Now, I must take my leave." He turned to Axel. "I want you to find me before one year is up. Or both of our lives will be in danger." Tobi disappeared into a black flame.

The heartless stood up. Axel raised his chakrams in defense. "Don't get any closer!"

"Relax! I don't have the power to kill you-" the heartless teleported behind him. "-yet." Axel fell to the ground, unconcious.

Namine left Kairi's body, now that Zero was finished. She frowned, knowing that since she was dead, and Roxas was forever fused with Sora, they could never see each other again. She flew after Zexion reluctantly.

Sora woke up, his Keyblades reverting to the Kingdom Key. Orbs of light flew out it, some being the Organization's Soul Cards, the others being the materials used to make the Ultima Weapon. Apparently, the battle had worn out the synthesis used to create it. Kairi soon got up and hugged Sora tightly, crying. He placed his hands around her.

"Let's hope Namine will find peace..." he said.

OoC: And just so you know, I didn't have to epilogue planned out, since a few factors changed my original plans.
