HORUS is back!?

Good deck I suppose. Gyzarus can be annoying.

Back from SJC' date=' then didn't go online for a few days. But yeah. Back now. Gyzarus is awesome.

Not bad. Dust Tornado maybe?

Dust Tornado is not needed here. I have 3 Bestiari and 3 Gyzarus.

You need more s/t destruction in case they use Royal Opression.

I just don't have room for 3 Dust Tornado, but I will side deck them.

Setojim: I considered Flame Ghost, but Flower Wolf just beats Flame Ghost in pure lulzworthiness.

Jesus: I had to leave Philly early, because we didnt have hotel reservations and would have been driving home at 1:00 in the morning, so I had to leave after the 6th round, but I went 3W 3L running a traditional kind of Monarchs, with Deko's, GK Spys, etc.

Obviously you dont know all the rulings for prohibitions that make it superior to those cards:

The effect of Prohibition prevents the named card from being "Played" from the Hand/Deck/Graveyard/Removed from Play zones. It specifically states that it has no effect on any cards of the Prohibited name that are already face-up/face-down on the field.

This includes (but is not limited to):

• Normal Summoning, Special Summoning, or Setting a monster. (You can still Flip-Summon a monster that was previously set).

• Activating or Setting a Spell/Trap of that name from your hand. (You can activate Spells/Traps of the Prohibited name that were set prior to "Prohibition" being activated however).

• Discarding it from your hand as a cost for another cards effect (eg. Lightning Vortex)

• Using a card effect which activates from your hand (eg. Kuriboh, Thunder Dragon, etc)

Shadow Imprisoning mirror covers all darks, it is superior there.

The only light you need to worry about is really Judgment Dragon, so I understand why you would want to use Prohibition instead.
