EHERO Andrew
Ok. I played a GB deck last Sunday (Hobby League) and my record was 2-3. Of every loss, my opponent sided with Skill Drain and Royal Oppression. As we all know, those are the GB's Ultimate weakness. How do I beat this? I can't even get Heavy Storm out fast enough! PM me a decklist if you can that can beat these decks.

EHERO Andrew
Thunderking doesn't come out to TCG till November. I can't wait that long! I need something that will stop cards like Skill Drain and Royal Oppression.

pizzaman
Pay 800 Life Points to negate a Special Summon of a monster and the effect of a card that Special Summons a monster and destroy it. Both you and your opponent can use this effect as long as this card remains face-up on the field. So yeah, you can use Oppression against your opponent to stop GB's tagging in.Your opponent was basically digging his own grave, but you didn't notice. Thought it was one of those "HOW I BEAT GB" threads again. Twister/Dust Tornado from the top of my head. Will go for Twister if the two continuous traps are a big obstacle. HORUS
If Skill Drain is face up, Gladiators can still return and summon another, correct?
Yogg-Saron
No, as it is activated on the field HORUS.And just run a couple of Dust Tornados and like 2 Twisters in your side
Static
Gladiator Beasts deify physics. They should be banned.
Yogg-Saron
Static, the only reason they aren't banned is because they have to be on the field to be returned to the deck after the battle. Isn't that correct?
Static
Note: I was being sarcastic. Do I really need the tags?
Twiggy_StiX
To beat that all you need to do is use any card that destroys trap cards. Oh and gladiator beasts would die really quickly from special hurricane.

HORUS
No' date=' as it is activated on the field HORUS.And just run a couple of Dust Tornados and like 2 Twisters in your side[/quote'] A GB has to be returned as a cost for its effect to activate. Exiled Force has to be tributed as a cost for its effect to activate. Exiled Force can use its effect while Skill Drain is active: If you activate "Exiled Force"'s effect while "Skill Drain" is active' date=' "Exiled Force" is no longer on the field and you can select and destroy 1 monster on the field. [/quote'] I'm going to assume that the GB can still summon another GB because Skill Drain does not negate the activation of the effect, just the effect of the card if it were on the field, which it isn't once it's returned as a cost.
