Okay right, the best DS Emulator to use at least in my opinion is the Gameboy Advance Emulator no$gba, it has great DS emulating with the 3dness and cheats too, I've used it to play Diamond/Pearl as well as Megaman Star Force 1 and 2.

Unfortunately the only PSP Emulator that is being worked on can only run minor homebrew applications and I think some demo games. That reminds me there was a DS Emulator homebrew being worked on for the PSP at one point too lol.

Also depending on the emulator you're using you may need to use a different game file, for example PSX and PS2 use ISO files, DS uses NDS files, the Sega Genesis uses BIN files and SND files, and so forth.

Well I stand corrected, I just found a PSP Emulator that can run commercial games, so I have actually downloaded it myself. And although I get your point Saturn, sometimes when you can't be bothered to spend the money to buy that portable for a few games you turn to an emulator. Now I can play Tag Force 3 when it is released since my PSP is currently brokenz and has been for like a year nearly.
