It takes me one try to be Axel both times in KH2, and that's as Roxas. As Sora against Xaldin, it takes me countless times. Two chakrams versus six lances? Fire vs. Wind? Zexaeon Posted February 27, 2009 Report Share Posted February 27, 2009 Xaldin is also one of the most powerful members. Being number 3 makes no difference - look at his throne in the meeting chamber. It's the second highest in the room, next to Xemnas. Also, Xaldin was present with Xemnas when they gave the order to eliminate Roxas to Axel. Axel refused at first, but then Xaldin cucked a spear at him. Axel moves faster than Xaldin, but Xaldin attacks faster. And of course, the most important part - Xaldin has a constant shield of air around him. Sora only broke through it by using Jump. If you try to attack him without using jump, your attacks do almost nothing. And I agree with Davok. Axel only beat Vexen as easily as he did because of Sora weakening him before hand in two separate fights. Off-topic: =O I liked the Sphere Grid. I actually thought Dark Riku was a bit easier in Re:CoM than he was in the original. With the exception of him and Marluxia's first form, Re:CoM was much harder. (Which made it so much more fun.) And Larxene is a knightmare. >_> I shudder to think how hard all the data battles are going to be on my Lv. 1 Challenge file. OMFG Marluxia. x_x One hit and I'm dead, no matter what. Also, yes, Vexen was actually hard in ReCoM. I was both pleased with that on a challenger-appreciation level, and upset by it because he kept killing me. >_>;; Maybe I should start playing Normal Mode on games more often.... >.<; But Marluxia and Repliku were both easier, yes. xD And I reiterate: Hacking your game to play Lord of the Castle while fighting Zexion makes his battle the most epic thing ever. It works for Larxene too if you hack her map to be on Destiny Islands (I tried giving her that music on her regular stage and it just wasn't as epic without the cool backround).
