Help rotate pic!

Hey guys I'm trying to make the Advanced crystal beasts but on of my images is tilted to the side:

 

any help to make it strait?

Even by making the image straight, once you expand the picture onto your card, the picture quality would not be very good. I would recommend finding a different picture, that has a better quality and a more suitable size. If you have any more questions, feel free to private message me. :)
