"So do most Death Notes come with theses papers or did you just write theses so you could see more death" he ask as Horin started to chuckle, "I thought it would be more fun for us if you knew what you could do with the note" THAT

Jamin looked up at the stranger, surprised. He must have seen the notebook when he was using it to kill that other guy.

"You-you saw it," he whispered back "More to the point, you know what it is?"

Is this guy a Kira, or just some guy who happens to use a Death Note? He thought Either way he'll be on my hit list, but I doubt he'll give me his name so easily when he knows I have a Death Note.

He zipped up his rucksack and hefted it over his shoulder again.

"I you know this is a Death Note I take it you have one too," he said "You kill people for kicks or use it for the 'greater good' or something like that?"

It was an hour after they received the news of the accident. Zack was riding in his mom's car next to his mom. Zack knew L was flying above him.

"Mom, do you think Kira caused this?"

Zack's mom kept looking at the road as she drove. "I don't even want to think about it.

"I'm still not sure if it's right that your working with that "Near", or whatever his name is."

 

They pulled into the hospital. Within minutes, they were in the room where Zack's dad was. "Oh, it's good to see you two." Zack's father said when he saw them enter. Zack and his mom hugged Zack's father.

"It's good to see your okay dad."

"I'm glad I am. Look, they already have the incident on T.V."

 

Zack and his mom turned to the T.V. in the room, which was playing the news. A female reporter was talking.

"This morning, a strange car crash occured. The driver, Atsuro Wakashi, had noticed a man named Mio Tsukari, who had accidentally wandered into the street, and pulled over. Unfortunately, the car crashed and both were killed. Another driver by the name of Marcus Hexus tried to avoid the collision, but was caught in the accident too. He was the only survivor. What will happen next in this disaster-torn world?"

 

Zack frowned. "I feel bad for the poor guys."

Zack's mom scoffed. "That man shouldn't have wandered into the street. Shouldn't he know the wait."

Zack's father turned. "Now, now, it was all an accident."

"I'm sorry, I guess I'm just too worried that you could have died."

"Now why should I tell you that. How do I know your not a cop or a phycopath?"

"Heh, good point," Jamin replied "But if you do own a Death Note I can't exactly let this go lightly, after all it's not every day I meet someone like me."

God I sound corny Jamin thought Well, whatever. If this works out.

"So I guess just owning a Death Note doesn't mean you can trust me, huh?" Jamin continued "I've never heard of a cop having one but I guess a psychopath is more likely so I can't blame you. But then of course how do I know you're not a psychopath yourself?"

"Because...I bring justice to the world! I will bring New World Order!"

Jamin stared at the stranger for a few minutes, completely silent. Then a smirk began to creep across his face and a snicker began to force its way out of his mouth before he fell about laughing, having to lean on the fence to stay upright.

"...You...Justice? Ha," he could barely control himself "You sound like some sort of...Some sort of....Oh I don't know but what? You think you can cleanse an entire world with one notebook?" He straightened up again, all traces of his giggling fit gone "Believe me, even if you kill every criminal in the world some will crop up sooner or later, you can't catch them all. And when you run out of Death Note..." Jamin drew his finger along his throat "Believe me pal, you'll go the same way as that Kira dude if you're serious. I sincerely hope you aren't."

A doctor walked into the room.

"Mister Hexus, I'm afraid you will put into a cast for a few weeks. Other than that, your free to go, but I highly recommend not going to work for a while."

Zack and his parents all sighed in relief.

 

After a few hours, Zack and his parents went back home, Zack's father with a cast on his right leg.

As Kzurin and Horin walked out of Kzurin's house and down the street, as they got around to the half way point Kzurin saw two people talking while Horin saw two shinigami's floating near them OOC: If thats not ok tell me (BACK TO RP) Horin started to smirk as they got closer and closer, "It seems that they are arguing, I wonder about what" Horin thought as they walked closer to the group, "So it's him" Horin thought as they came to a complete stop, "So what's going on here" Kzurin asked as Horin's eyes met with a old friend of his..........

Jamin looked up at the stranger and scratched his head.

"Nothing much," he replied, not entirely interested in the new arrival.

Girash, balancing on the fence behind Jamin grinned slightly, staring past the stranger. Jamin heard him chuckle softly and wondered what he laughing at.

"Well it was nice meet you," Jamin said, picking up his rucksack again. Then he whispered so that only Rai could hear him "Kira."

He had really made it far too obvious by saying he was going to bring justice to the world, after all that was exactly what the original Kira had been doing.

 

"You wanna do the eye deal and kill him?" Girash asked.

Jamin ignored him.

"Heh, you having any more luck, Horin?" Girash asked.

"I told you I..." Jamin broke off, staring up at Girash, only having just realized what he'd said.

"Heh, long time no see Girash" Horin said as Kzurin looked at Horin, "So he has a death note doesn't he Horin" he said as he looked back at Jamin, "I'm guessing your not like the kiras" he said as he chuckled a bit, "I don't try to push things Girash, if he wants to make the deal he wants to make it, as long as I get to have fun I don't care about the deal" the cloud said as he floated towards Jamin, "So this is your human, why did you pick this one" he asked as he started to spin around Jamin, "Jamin is it, just call me Kzurin" Kzurin said as he looked towards where Jamin was looking at, "I wonder what his Shinigami is like" he thought as he started to walk closer.........................

Jamin stared at the man, taken completely by surprise.

"Nice to meet you," he replied "And no, I'm nothing like Kira. I'm not so soft that I just kill criminals. I'll kill anyone who gets in my way."

He looked about.

I'd rather not talk here, he thought If anybody overhears this it'll cost me. In fact I don't even know if this is just a guy working with the police...

"Heh, I see," Girash replied to Horin "I did originally have someone else, but she chickened out and threw it out the window. I had to sit in a dark alley for three months till this guy came along."

 

Jamin glared up at his shinigami, feeling slightly irritated.

"Girash who the heck are you talking to?" He asked, completely forgetting only he could see Girash.

"Who else?" Girash leaned right up close to Jamin "His shinigami."

Jamin stared at him for a moment, and then looked slowly around at Kzurin.

"I see," he muttered "Funny, I seem to be bumping into a lot of people with Death Notes today."

"Now that the kid is gone didn't you go to the highschool?" Kzurin asked as Horin started to chuckle, "That's why I observed Kzurin before I decided to give him the note, he seemed filled with hate and I thought why not give a angry kid a way to use his hate" Horin said as he floated towards Girash, "I bet up one of the stuck up shinigami's got that kid that just left, he doesn't seem like the smart type however" Horin said as he started to laugh, "So we share the same belief" Kzurin said as he was listening to Horin, "So that's why you picked me Horin, who knew that you actually could read me"..............

A smirk crossed Jamin's face as he listened to Kzurin conversing with his shinigami.

"I see," Girash chuckled "You're as bored as I am then."

"So, I take it you're not the soft sort," Jamin said "Good, I don't agree with people like that. If you ask me criminals anybody like Kira are guilty of making this world scum, too bad there's not enough room in Death Note for all of them."

An idea slowly began forming in his mind.

"I wonder if two could?" He pondered "What do you think?"

"If two would work together the world could be how it should be, If we work together we could shape the world" Kzurin said as Horin started to smirk a bit, "You know that should be some fun Girash, want to see if they take up on it?" he asked as Kzurin grabbed the list for the store run and a pencil, he wrote down a address and gave it to Jamin, "Come by this address, I already have stuff set up there that would make it a good base of operations, don't forget your note and to bring your shinigami, Horin lets go" he said as he started to walk towards the store, when he got there he noticed some kids from his old school laughing and playing some card game, he started to smirk as he made his purchase and made his way home.............

"I see," Jamin muttered, taking the scrap of paper "Well, I guess I'll see you later."

He watched Kzurin go, a smirk crossing his face.

"This is going just perfect," he chuckled "Seems like there's a god on my side after all, and not just a god of death."

He checked the address.

"You gonna kill him too?" Girash asked.

"No," Jamin replied "I'll only kill people who get in my way. Like Kira, and this 'N' guy. Speaking of which I should really get round to weaving my own nickname, after all I don't want people finding out who I am that easily."

Girash laughed menacingly.

Kiras, N, Jamin thought I don't care if you're justice or whatever the heck you say you are. The only true god of death is me, and I'll kill anybody I deem unfit, mark my words my day will come....Just as soon as I think of a catchy nickname.

"Hm, that spoiled the drama a bit," he muttered.

As Kzurin and Horin walked into the building Kzurin called a home he looked at Horin, "Meet me at the basement, I'm going to grab the note" he said as he ran upstairs, "What ever" Horin thought as he started to chuckle, he slowly descended into the floor and soon he was in the basement. "Here it is" Kzurin thought as he grabbed it and his pencil jar. He ran down into the basement where a old bookshelf sat, he pulled a book from it and the shelf moved, a path was now revealed..........

 

 

A few minutes later they were down in what seemed to be a room of operations of some sorts, there were screens hanging from the walls and two computers set up, on the screens you could see everything in a 15m distance around, "Are you ready for some fun Horin" he said as he opened his death note and started to write names down............

Zack had just gotten home. His father was talking a rest and his mom was cooking dinner. Zack took out his phone and dialed a number.

"Near?"

"Hello Zack. Why have you called?"

"I was watching the news a while ago-"

"Oh yes. I hope your father recovers soon."

"Thanks. Anyway, I was wondering about the man who died, Mio Tsukari."

"What about him?"

"Well, I was wondering, it seems strange that he would die in a car accident."

"Maybe he was suicidal."

"Maybe, but I'm sure that the driver would have managed to successfully avoided him if..."

"If what?"

 

"If it wasn't caused by a Death Note."

"What makes you think that this was caused by a Death Note?"

"It's a matter we have to consider more often these days."

"But there are no criminal records for him."

"Maybe there's someone against Kira. After all, I doubt a single person could kill as many criminals that have died in the past week, even with the Death Note."

"Maybe there are two Kira's?"

"Then why kill Tsukari?"
