Street Fighter: Revised

ok, this entire set is gonna be based on all of the main shoto characters from street fighter 2 and 3, mainly akuma, ryu, and ken. I have made a set prior to this in my sig but its outdated so...CLEANUP! Everything is being redone, even some of the cards' artwork. Anywho, that will take time. However, lets jot down some notes for critisizm and advice. Without further adieu, my street fighter compilation.

NOTE: Ken and Ryu are EARTH. Everyone else is DARK.

Ken Masters

4 Lv. Star, ATK 1800, DEF 1200, Type: Warrior/Street Fighter

Effect: This card's ATK increases by 300 for every Street Fighter-Type monster on your side of the field.

 

Ryu Hoshi

4 Lv. Star, ATK 2000, DEF 900, Type: Warrior/Street Fighter

Effect: This card's ATK increases by 300 for every Street Fighter-Type monster on your side of the field.

 

Akuma

6 Lv. Star, ATK 2100, DEF 500, Type: Warrior/Street Fighter

Effect: This card's ATK is doubled when equipped with “Satsui no Hadou – Surge of Murderous Intent”.

 

Shin Akuma

7 Lv. Star, ATK 2800, DEF 1000, Type: Warrior/Street Fighter

Effect: This card cannot be normal summoned or set. This card can only be Special Summoned by tributing “Akuma” equipped with the Equip Spell card, “Satsui no Hadou – Surge of Murderous Intent”.

 

Shin Akuma Lv. 2

8 Lv. Star, ATK 3200, DEF 1500, Type: Warrior/Street Fighter/Ritual

Effect: This card is ritual summoned by the Ritual Spell card, “Kanji of Heaven”. You must also offer “Shin Akuma” equipped with the Equip Spell card, “Satsui no Hadou – Surge of Murderous Intent”. When equipped with “Satsui no Hadou – Surge of Murderous Intent”, you can pay 1000 Life Points to attack your opponent directly. This effect cannot be negated. You can only use this effect once per duel.

 

Evil Ryu

6 Lv. Star, ATK 2000, DEF 900, Type: Warrior/Street Fighter

Effect: This card cannot be normal summoned or set. This card can only be Special Summoned by tributing “Ryu Hoshi” equipped with the Equip Spell card, “Satsui no Hadou – Surge of Murderous Intent”. During the battle phase only, this card's ATK is doubled, excluding other effects.

 

Evil Ken

6 Lv. Star, ATK 1800, DEF 1200, Type: Warrior/Street Fighter

Effect: This card cannot be normal summoned or set. This card can only be Special Summoned by tributing “Ken Masters” equipped with the Equip Spell card, “Satsui no Hadou – Surge of Murderous Intent”. During the battle phase only, this card's ATK is doubled, excluding other effects.

 

Satsui no Hadou – Surge of Murderous Intent

Class: Spell, Type: Equip

Effect: You may have up to 5 copies of this card. When equipped to a Warrior-Type monster, increase its ATK and DEF by 500. The monster equipped with this card cannot be targetted by Spell, Trap or monster effects.

 

Kanji of Heaven

Class: Spell, Type: Ritual

Effect: This card is used to Ritual Summon, “Shin Akuma Lv. 2”. You must also offer “Shin Akuma” equipped with the Equip Spell card, “Satsui no Hadou – Surge of Murderous Intent”.

 

Shun Goku Satsu – Instant Hell Murder

Class: Spell, Type: Equip

Effect: A Street Fighter-Type equipped with this card cannot attack for 5 turns. The monster equipped with this card increases its DEF by 1000. This card cannot be effected by Spell or Trap effects. Once the 5 turns are done, destroy all monsters on your opponent's side of the field. The card equipped with this card now has its ATK tripled its original ATK.

 

Hadouken

Class: Spell, Type: Quick-Play

Effect: You may consider this card an Equip Spell card. Equip this card to a Street Fighter-Type monster once played. Discard one card from the top of your deck. Inflict direct damage equal to half of the equipped monster.

 

Shinkuu Hadouken

Class: Trap, Type: Normal

Effect: This card can only be used when “Ryu Hoshi” is face up on your side of the field and is targetted by a Spell or Trap effect. Discard one card from your hand to the graveyard to negate the Spell/Trap card and destroy it. You may also inflict direct damage equal to half of “Ryu Hoshi”'s original ATK.

 

Messatsu Gou Hadou

Class: Trap, Type: Counter

Effect: You may treat this as a Quick-Play Spell card. This card can only be used when a card with “Akuma” in its name is face up on your side of the field and is targetted by a Spell or Trap effect. Pay 500 Life Points and negate the Spell/Trap effect and destroy it and destroy 1 monster on your opponent's side of the field whose ATK has equal or greater than a Street Fighter-Type monster on your side of the field.

 

Denjin Hadouken

Class: Trap, Type: Counter

Effect: This card can only be activated when “Ryu Hoshi” is attacked. Negate the attacking monster and inflict direct damage by 500 times how many monsters your opponent has on his/her side of the field. The monsters on your opponent's side of the field have their ATK and DEF are decreased by 500.

 

Shakunetsu Hadouken

Class: Spell, Type: Normal

Effect: Use only when you have a card with “Akuma” in its name face up on your side of the field. Select up to 3 of your opponent's monsters and decrease their ATK and DEF by 1000. When a card with “Akuma” in its name is destroyed, the selected 3 monsters ATK and DEF are restored to their original ATK and DEF.

 

Shoryuken

Class: Trap, Type: Counter

Effect: Activate during the battle phase when a Street Fighter-Type monster on your side of the field is attacked. Negate the attack. Apply battle calculations as normal.

 

Shoryuu Reppa

Class: Spell, Type: Continuous

Effect: Put 1 counter on this card for every Street Fighter-Type monster on your side of the field. When any of your Street fighter-Type monsters are attacked, remove 1 counter and activate “Shoryuken” from your hand, deck or graveyard, regardless of Spell/Trap card zones and Spell/Trap effects.

 

Messatsu Gou Shoryuu

Class: Trap, Type: Continuous

Effect: Activate only when a card with “Akuma” in its name is attacked. Destroy this card and play “Shoryuu Reppa” from your hand, deck, or graveyard and place 10 counters on “Shoryuu Reppa”. Negate the attack and destroy the attacking monster.

 

Shin Shoryuu-Ken

Class: Trap, Type: Counter

Effect: Activate only when a card with “Ryu” in its name is attacked. Negate the attack and inflict 1000 points of direct damage to your opponent. This card cannot be destroyed by Spell or Trap effect.

Button Mash!

Class: Spell, Type: Quick-Play

Effect: Declare the name of the Spell or Trap. Flip a coin and call it. If you call it right, play and activate that card from your hand, deck or graveyard. If you call it wrong, you lose the duel.

 

Tatsumaki Senpuu Kyaku

Class: Spell, Type: Equip

Effect: This card can only be equipped to a Street Fighter-Type monster. The monster equipped with this card has its ATK halved. The card equipped with this card can attack up to three times during your turn.

 

Messatsu Gou Rasen

Class: Trap, Type: Normal

Effect: This card can only be equipped to a card with “Akuma” in its name. The original ATK of the equipped monster is doubled and can attack twice during your opponents turn. You can only use this card once per match.

 

Joudan Sokotou Geri

Class: Spell, Type: Equip

Effect: This card can only be equipped to a card with “Akuma” in its name or “Evil Ryu”. Increase the ATK of the equipped card by equal to half of your opponent's Life Points until the end of the turn.

lol, I like these cards. Lots of good interactions. At first I thought the shoryuken was pretty weak, but I like how it fits with shoryu reppa's effect...very nice. In general, I liked your manipulation of the various attacks. Wished Denjin had to deal with an effect that involved waiting though.

 

Oh, one more thing........Hoshi's not Ryu's last name, lol...that's just from the Van Damme movie.
