Well, I had quite some questions, so I though instead of 'learning it by experience' I'll directly make a thread to resolve them all...

1. What exactly is a Role-Playing fanfic?
   
2. Is it possible to delete a whole thread you made? 'Cause I tried and it came 'Permission Denied' or something of the sort.
   
3. Can someone use a changed username? For example, I changed my username from tonma_fan to ~Spirit of Touma~. So can anyone make an account with the username tonma_fan now?
   
4. If there some way to delete a poll from your thread on your own, without the help of a Super Moderator?
   
5. Does a fanfic have to go kind of, legally? I mean, I want a duel in my fanfic that goes according to the Anime Style (for example, they start with 2000 LP each)? Also, does it have to have official Yu-Gi-Oh! characters?
   
6. Is it possible to transfer control of your thread to someone else, or share thread control?
   
7. Is it possible to use the online card generator offline in some way (No, I'm not talking about the downloadable version)?
   
8. What are drafts?
   
9. What does '0.04% of total posts' mean?

#3 is actually yes. Once you change your name, the old username is no longer associated with an account and thus perfectly eligible to be used by someone else.
