He didn't cry infact we saw Neos closing in on an attack then a flash to Judai in the desert. Yes Judai did lose, but they decided not to show us it, he got back what he lost which was the whole cause of the duel. Judai has lost his enjoyment of the duel and excitement dueling brings.
