Ladies and gentlemen' date=' I had a chat with your dearest administrator tonight. I'm surprised he was still so formal, and he was nice enough to maintain composure and answer all of my questions. You may learn something from reading this. These logs are from the shoutbox on Summa Crossroads. Ask Browarod or someone if you want to know what that is.

Lots of other members agree, including Jake, Altair, and Wolf. They were some of the best GFXers at the time of my ban, so they should know. I'll say it again, I don't have a problem with you. I think you're a genius for being the first one to make something like this. Seriously.

(06:26 PM) Matt Enloe - It's not you that I have a problem with, nor is it the forum. It's more of the members and the lack of dealing with them. For one thing, you live in the US but you don't enforce COPPA, and there's a high need of it. If I were to contact the FCC or whoever about it, you'd either pay a fine or have to do it. I do think it'd help your site to do so.

 

I can take care of my forum and comment on yours just fine. It's not like I can't multitask, I'm 14. I don't think YCM is evil, I think it sucks, because it does. It has potential, but right now, you're not doing anything to help it.

 

About the GD communities. WELL DUH THERE ARE OTHERS, I NAMED THEM IN MY 2ND TO LAST POST. I like the one on YCM because it has new people, and helping new members who have good intentions has sort of grown on me somehow. I realize that while I may be harsh, there is NO denial that I have skill and ability to communicate to other members how to improve. Granted, I don't have the practice mastered, but I do know the ideals perfectly. You can't say you don't want GD to improve.

You said that you are only interested in Graphic Design - there are a number of forums that focus more heavily on such a topic than YCM. Had there been no conflict in the past it wouldn't matter, YCM is open to almost all discussion, but unfortunately there is too much going against you at this point. I suggest that you put your time into nurturing your own forum instead of harming mine.

And to be quite honest I couldn't care less what Altair, Wolf, or anyone for that matter thinks about me being a Moderator or how I run things on this site. If you were to compare how I run things with any other site that offers GFX, be it the Zetaboards Theme Zone or GuildInn, or any other site you'll find I have done near enough the same as them.

 

Quite honestly I cannot respect him or anyone who follows him with the way him and they continue to say harsh things concerning me and how you seem to enjoy insulting me out of pure dislike, as for James I'm surprised at you, I mean really. But hey if you people dislike me then who cares...

I read the whole thing I and talk to Matt regularly. I'm cool with everyone on YCM and Summaxr (Unless someone would like to point out a problem they have with me?)

 

To be honest I can understand the views from both sides. I can't really decide whether I would un-ban Draco or not. But if my opinion on YCMaker is true, YCMaker won't unban Draco because members want him back.

 

 

I found it odd that YCMaker didn't respond to the post where Draco had mentioned how YCMaker wasn't doing anything about the drama situations in YCM though. (Maybe he did, I might have missed it. :P)

Sushi' date=' really? First off, you are doing lulz wrong. Lulz is plural.

 

And no, it isn't pathetic. I want you to look around the site at exactly that point in time. People became disgruntled with the graphics section, and still are to an extent. You're not exactly cut out to moderate, and that's the long of the short of it. I'm not trying to be rude or anything, but there are some people who can do it and others who can't. While your tags system is a step in the right direction, it's nowhere near close to what needs to be done. I'll save that for if I get unb&. There's your reason to support me.

 

And if that weren't enough, the fact that you don't care about what your members think of you is highly disturbing. If a moderator or moderating team does not care about its members or what they think of it/them, then the site is surely doomed to fail. An attitude like that just doesn't work as a moderator, and a good moderator would know that. Near enough the same as GI/ZTZ? I'm not sure what the second is, but GuildInn sucks. The people are horribly rude and the administrator doesn't take help when he needs it. Especially of the grammar variety. You could make the excuse that they just don't like me, but THAT would be truly pathetic, sir.

 

Insulting you out of pure dislike? No, sir. If I purely disliked you I would not continue to try and chat with you. I'm a nice guy, regardless of what you think about me. Granted, I come off as harsh, but no one ever got anywhere without being told that what they were doing wasn't working.

i like'd having draco around he was a good artist and alittle harsh but thats what this site needs is harsh members.

 

as for this entire thread i do find it slightly pointless for threads about members and banned and unbanning things to be made.....but neverless.
