This is very simple. All cards in this contest must have a theme. I give you the theme and you create a card around it. There are however some things:

 

1) It has to be an original card. A new card, it must be one you recently made.

2) You can alter your card only once. If you do it again after that one time, you are disquelified.

3) If it is a monstercard, it has to be a Gemini-monster. When it is a spellcard, it has to be a fieldspellcard. When it is a trapcard, it has to be a counter-trap.

4) You only post one card.

5) Please post a disclaimer on the card or below the card, if the picture is not yours.

One question:

I don't play the TCG or watch the show, so what is a gemini exactly?

You are in.

 

Gemini-monsters are effect-monsters which are normal summoned to the field. When succesfully summoned the first time, their effect does not kick in. You have to do a second normal summoning with the same card in order to activate the effect explained on the card.

 

This is as far as I understand Gemini :D, if someone can explain better, please do so.

Look up in YuGiOh Wikia, search Gemini and look for examples for Gemini-monsters. You'll see how they work then. I allow you to change it only once. This will be allowed to all contestants. I am going to change that rule.
