Depth is when it looks like there is distance between objects. Without it the sig looks flat and uninteresting. Flow is a direction where everything in the sig appears to go. In yours your BG and render look very flat and don't look like there is physical distance. Also, your sig doesn't go anywhere. Its just there. No direction. I hope that doesn't sound harsh.
