YCM City Tournament II

Recommended Posts

Hello and welcome to YCM City Tournament II ®.

For our first round, the entry all you do is say "Entry Reserved" and post your 3 best cards you've made in your entry reply. Your cards must be balanced.

Then for our second round, the pre-eliminaries I take your first card and compare it to another user's. The one that has the most playabiliy, OCG, and how well you can use it with other cards wins.

For round three, the semi-finals, the 8 remaining card makers will have their second card they've made compared to another user's like round 2. Then the four victorous user's will go on to the finals

For the finals (the fourth round), the final four users will have their third card compared to another user's like in rounds 2 & 3.

For round five, the final round, you select your best card and have it compared to the other finalist's. We will then learn the winner of the tournament.

This card cannot be Special Summoned. During your End Phase, you lose 400 LIfe Points. You can remove from play 1 DARK monster from your Graveyard to raise the ATK of this card by 400 until the End Phase and to move the monster your opponent controls in the adjacet Monster Card Zone to this card, one Monster Card Zone to the right (In relation to the owner of this card). If a Monster Card is in the Monster Card Zone that the selected monster was moved to, the monster is destroyed and you lose 50 Life Points times the Level of the destroyed monster. If a monster was moved out of the Monster Card Zone on the far right, it is removed from play.

When your opponent Special Summons a monster from their hand, you can Tribute 1 face-up monster you control to look at your opponent's hand. For every Level 3 or lower monster in their hand you lose 600 Life Points. You can Special Summon one Level 3 or lower monster from your opponent's hand to your side of the field. That monster can attack your opponent's Life Points directly. During your 2nd Standby Phase after the monster was Special Summoned, it is sent to your opponent's side of the field. Then, discard 1 card from your hand.
65961bd9.jpg
This card cannot be Special Summoned. If this card is destroyed while it is in the Monster Card Zone, you can pay 1000 Life Points to place this card face-up in your Spell & Trap Card Zone as a Continuous Spell Card, instead of sending it to the Graveyard. If you do, pick up 15 cards and place them face-down in your Extra Deck. If this card is destroyed while it is in the Monster Card Zone, return all face-down cards in your Extra Deck to your hand. Add 1 card from the top of your Extra Deck to your hand and show it to your opponent instead of conducting a normal draw in your Draw Phase. If the card added to your hand by this effect is a monster, activate the appropriate effect based on the attribute of the monster:

WATER: You cannot conduct your Battle Phase this turn.

EARTH: Toss a coin. Heads: Select 1 monster you control, the selected monster can attack your opponent's Life Points directly during your next Battle Phase. Tails: Your opponent draws 2 cards.

FIRE: Select 1 FIRE monster you control. The selected monster can attack your opponent's Life Points directly during your next Battle Phase.

DARK: You lose Life Points equal to the number of cards in your hand x 300.

WIND: Special Summon the monster added to your hand by this card's effect in face-up Defense Position.

LIGHT: Destroy all cards on the field and Special Summon the monster added to your hand by this card's effect.
Card-3.jpg
This monster can be Summoned to the Field Spell Card Zone by discarding 1 card from your hand. Whle in the Field Spell Card Zone this card gains the following effect:

- Both players draw 10 cards. They shuffle the 10 cards and they put it in a pile, put the Decks together, and shuffle it. But the pile at a side of the field, and each turn during each player's Draw Phase, the player must draw from that pile instead of his/her original Deck. If this card is destroyed, cards from that pile are sent to the Graveyard.

If you Summon this card as a monster, activate the following effect:

-Discard 2 cards from your hand. Look at your opponent's hand and your opponent discards each monster with less than Level 4. Take 500 damage to your Life Points for each card destroyed by this card's effect. Then select monster sent to the Graveyard by this card's effect and equip it to this card. This card gains the ATK and DEF of the equipped monster. If there are no monsters lower than Level 4, you select one monster lower than Level 4 from your Deck, and equip it to this card. This card gains the ATK and DEF of the equipped monster. When this card is destroyed, you loose 700 Life Points.

Could I use my three best Ally Monsters, or do they have to be more realistic?

If I can use them, ~Reserved~ and I will post them shortly. ^_^

EDIT:

here are my cards. The question still applies, and it would be apreciated if it would be answered...
48magmastone-standlach.jpg

After activation, Special Summon this card in Attack Position; it is treated as an Effect Monster Card (Rock-Type/FIRE/Level 5/ATK 1400/DEF 1000). When this card is Special Summoned, you may Special Summon 1 level 3 or lower Ally Monster from your hand to the Vector above this card. The Monster Special Summoned in this way gains 700 ATK points. When the monster in the Vector above this card is destroyed, inflict 500 points of damage to your opponent. Once per turn, by discarding the top card off of your deck, you may Special Summon 1 Ally Monster from your Graveyard to your side of the field. (This card is still treated as a Trap Card.)

50DimensionLord-Giromoxa.jpg

When this card is Advance Summoned by releasing at least 1 Ally Monster, you may discard the top card of your deck to Special Summon up to 2 Level 4 or lower Ally Monsters from your Removed From Play Zone. The Monsters Special Summoned by this effect lose 1000 ATK points, and cannot be released for an Advance Summon.

Deserterknight-thewanderer.jpg

This card cannot be Special Summoned, except by it's own effect. When this card is Normal Summoned, Flip Summoned, or Special Summoned, you can remove this card from play during the End Phase. During your Main Phase 2, if this card is removed from play due to its own effect, then you can Special Summon it to activate 1 of the following effects: --- Inflict 700 points of damage to your opponent. --- Destroy 1 card on the field. Your opponent then draws 1 card.
1. A Stack is a Card Zone with 2 or more monster cards in it, and at least one of them must be an Ally/Techno/Zone monster.

2. Only the monster on top can attack, and all monsters change battle positions to what the monster on top is currently doing.

3. When the top monster is destroyed do to battle the next monster in line becomes the top of the Stack. The top monster must be attacked first!!

4. If an effect activates that destroys all monsters, all monsters in the Stack are destroyed as well.
-4.1: if the effect to target one monster is activated, only the top monster of the Stack can be selected, unless designated by the card effect.

5. A card can be stacked like a normal summon, and it takes your normal summon for the turn.
-5.1: Ally Monsters, Techno monsters, and Zone monsters can be Stacked.

6. Field Spells work the same way, if stated they stack on top of each other and they their effects are activated. Unless stated, only the top card’s effect is applied.

7. Card effects for cards under the top card cannot be activated, unless it is an Ally Monster.
-7.1: All other types of card, Techno, Zone, and normal cards, cannot have their effects activated while under the top card of a Stack, and they are treated as if they arent there, unless they are targeted by a specific card effect that does so.

8. Cards in a Stack do not count toward the 5 card limit of monsters on the field.

9. Card effects that move cards to the next adjacent Monster card Zone can be moved to the top of 1 Stack.
-9.1: if there are no Ally, techno, or Zone monsters in the designated Monster Card zone then this effect cannot be activated (unelss there are no monsters in the Monster card zone at all.)

10: if an effect activates that allows an Ally, techno, or Zone monster to go to the bottom of a Stack, or rearrange the Stack in any way, then all Non-Ally/Techno/Zone monsters go to the bottom of the Stack, unless otherwise stated.

11. A vector is short for which position the monster is in in the Stack from the top.

EX: vector 1 (top): Legion's War Caller
vector 2: Techno wolf
vector 3: techno draco
vector 4 (bottom of current Stack): Legion's Magician of Tricks.
-11.1: Vectors are used for Clone Summoning Monsters, and other effects that might specifically designate a certain vector in the Stack.

My 3 best cards...OK!

v5ilx3.jpg
If there are 3 or more Monsters on your side of the Field and they are all Destroyed this turn, you can pay 2000 Life Points to Special Summon this card. When this card is Special Summoned this way, the ATK of all Monsters your opponent controls is reduced to 0. When this card attacks your opponent's Defence Position Monster and its DEF is lower than the ATK of this card, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent's Life Points. If there are any Monsters on your side of the Field other than this card, Destroy this card.

2cgir07.jpg
This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card can only be Tribute Summoned by Tributing 3 Monsters you control. A Monster destroyed by this card is returned to the owner's Deck instead of being sent to the Graveyard. During your Draw Phase, you can discard the card you drew to send the top card in your opponent's Deck to the Graveyard. During your Standby Phase, you can remove 1 Monster card from your Graveyard to remove 1 Monster card from your opponent's Graveyard. During your Main Phase, Select 1 Monster your opponent controls. This card gains half the selected Monster's ATK. During your End Phase, pay 400 Life Points. If you cannot, remove this card from play.

1z5nn01.jpg
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by Discarding 3 cards from your Hand while you control no Monsters, and your Life Points are 3000 or less. When this card is Special Summoned successfully, Destroy all Spell or Trap cards you control, and increase the ATK of this card by 1000 for every Spell or Trap card destroyed by this effect. Once per turn, you can decrease the ATK of this card by 1500 to Destroy 1 Monster your opponent controls. If your opponent activates a Spell or Trap card in response to this effect, you can decrease this card's ATK by 1000 to negate the effect of that card and Destroy it.
