OK, I decided to make some cards... Anyone care to help me on this?

 

Deadly Jester

This card cannot be Special Summoned. If there is another monster on your side of the field, this monster cannot be attacked. When this card is Normal Summoned, you may draw 3 Spell Cards or Trap Cards with "Jester" in their names. The Deck is then shuffled.

 

Jester's Glare

This Card can only be played, if there is a "Deadly Jester" on your side of the field. Destroy 1 Spell Card and 1 Trap Card.

(If I'll type it like this, will this count as a mandatory act or is the player allowed to destroy just 1 card?)

 

Jester's Prank

This Card can only be played, if there is a "Deadly Jester" on your side of the field. When a monster on your field is attacked, replace it with a monster from your opponent's Graveyard. This does not count as a Summon. The monster is returned to the Graveyard after Damage Calculation.

 

Jester's Curse

This Card can only be played, if there is a "Deadly Jester" on your side of the field. Discard 2 cards from the Graveyard out of play and inflict 900 points damage to your opponents Life Points.

 

Jester's Help

This Card can only be played, if there is a "Deadly Jester" on your side of the field. The monster equiped with this Card increases its ATK and DEF by 1000 points. During the End Phase, destroy the equiped monster.

 

Jester's Trick

This Card can only be played, if there is a "Deadly Jester" on your side of the field. Choose a monster from your opponent's hand and remove it from play.

 

Jester's Goodbye

This Card can only be played, if there is a "Deadly Jester" on your side of the field. Send 1 "Deadly Jester" from your field to the graveyard and Special Summon a Level 4 or lower monster to your side of the field.

 

I hope I'm not making them too strong. Every card, except the 1st one, is a Spell or Trap one but I think its obvious. Help is highly appreciated.

Deadly Jester:

This card can not be Special Summoned. If you control a monster, except "Deadly Jester", this card can not be selected as an attack target. When this card is Normal Summoned, select 3 "Jester" Spell or Trap Cards in your deck and add them to your hand.

 

Jester's Glare:

This card can only be activated if you control a face-up "Deadly Jester". Destroy 1 face-up Spell and/or 1 face-up Trap Card.

 

Jester's Prank:

This card can only be activated if you control a face-up "Deadly Jester", and your opponent declares an attack. Send the attacked monster to the Graveyard, and Special Summon 1 monster from your opponent's Graveyard. The attack is then redirected to the Summoned monster. After damage calculation, send the summoned monster to your opponent's Graveyard and Special Summon your monster to your side of the field.

Jester's Curse

This card can only be activated if you control a face-up "Deadly Jester". Remove 2 cards in your Graveyard from play, and inflict 900 damage to your opponent's Life Points.

 

Jester's Help

This card can only be activated if you control a face-up "Deadly Jester". Increase the ATK/DEF of the equipped monster by 1000 points. During the End Phase of the turn this card was activated, destroy the equipped monster.

 

Jester's Trick

This card can only be activated if you control a face-up "Deadly Jester". Look at your opponent's hand, then select 1 Monster Card in their hand and remove it from play.

 

Jester's Goodbye

Send 1 "Deadly Jester" on your side of the field to the Graveyard, then Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower monster from your Graveyard.
