Once you make as many cards as I' date=' or even... Mr.OverusedCards (Demented), you have a card for nearly any set terms people can make. =/

Yes, I am too lazy. Problem with that?

Category: Well, Custom Card Battles. As much as I'd like to be a judge, that's been fairly established. I have recently found the time to kill, so I may as well participate as a member.

Too lazy to pull up whatever cards I have so far, unless I really am doubted as a good card maker. **** happens, though. >_>

[spoiler=Effect]This card cannot be destroyed by battle (Damage Calculation is applied normally). When this card destroys a monster by battle' date=' the controller of this card can shift control of this card to his/her opponent at the end of the Battle Phase. The controller of this card pays 1000 Life Points during each of their Standby Phases. During battle between this card and an opponent's monster with a lower DEF that this cards ATK, inflict the difference as battle damage to your opponent's Life Points.

[spoiler=Effect]This card can only declare an attack if you Tribute 1 monster you control. Duirng your Draw Phase, instead of drawing, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. If this card is Summoned this way, switch control of this card with your opponent. During the controller of this card's Standby Phase, they must either pay 900 Life Points, or Tribute 1 monster they control (except Tokens and this monster). If they cannot, destroy this card.

fffff. I'll get one' date=' then. The doubt can be mutual, though. >_>

Who's gonna judge?

>_>

I would, but I doubt I'll be free at any time of the day today. I'll do it tomorrow if nobody else takes up the chance. I haven't had the opportunity to directly rip on cards. =D

Never mind, I'll judge it now. I have a half-hour to kill, and when I'm in the mood I can type half-an-hour long reviews.

In fact, I'm working on an article about how I actually judge cards when judging in-depth. I'm developing it, I might look for a place to post it. >_>

To the Yankeefan-Hunter contest!

Aaaaand, done.

[spoiler=Yankeefan - Ophila the Flame Mage]

Weird. Trying to use it as a Spirit Reaper-esque wall will net you 1000 damage per Standby Phase, so the only intelligent intention is to play flip-flop with your opponent.

If you can get an opponent's monster to run it over with this card in battle, you get to shift control of it to the opponent.

This gives you the opportunity of either:

1. Burning for 1000 damage per Standby Phase and risking it being Tributed off

2. Give it to your opponent to swing into with your bigger monsters, since it can't be killed in battle.

Some easy damage if you can't swing over another big monster they control. They take all the battle damage from holding this unkillable monster, then an additional 1000 on their Standby Phase. Hilariously enough, I don't find that to be game-breaking. Whether or not you can tack on additional Battle Damage, your opponent has a free piece of Tribute bait (where they wouldn't have if you had just killed the monster and let it go. But not giving this to them will also entice them to let you keep her on the field and take your damage. Would an opponent rather see you take damage and have Tribute fodder on the field, or waste an effect (battle-immune, it is) to get rid of it and put down your potential advantage?

The piercing effect just makes the effect text look smaller, really. Completely unrelated effect, it looks really tacked on. Oh well, this card has a couple options. A self-damaging battle wall, or an abusable Lava Golem. I like it.

9/10.

[spoiler=Hunter - Orgoth, the Malevolent]

Not a fan. This is a giant slide of disadvantages to its use, and nerfs any kind of advantage it would give an opponent for playing it.

Lava Golem being given to your opponent in return for 2 Tributes was [more or less] counterbalanced by the fact that it had 3000 ATK, and that is a lot. This has 2850 ATK, sure, but you have to Tribute a monster to attack with it, and that's AFTER you've Tributed a monster you control on the Standby Phase.

The alternative being paying 900 Life Points. The wording would tell me that if you can't do either, he's gone, but if you can do one (usually paying 900 Life Points) then you have to do it to keep him on the field.

It sticks your opponent with a "big" monster that promotes constant disadvantages with its presence, and pretty much does nothing but bully your opponent into tossing out their advantage. There are methods of abuse against it, but they would have to know you're playing it, and that's obviously not right.

This card would hurt a lot, despite being obvious Tribute fodder, and I'd be pretty raging if I got this to my side of the field on your Draw Phase. If nothing else, it gives you a target for Brain Control/Soul Exchange and a first turn Monarch. >_>

It locks your opponent into constant disadvantage, and you don't even lose your turn Summon in exchange for putting him on the field. Removing the first effect probably would've upped it to an 8, but that's about it.

7/10.

[spoiler=Winner]

Yankeefan.

BWAH!?

As a side note, I just want to say, the trample effect does not actually say for the trample to happen, the opponent has to be in defence position.

Bludmonkey here is my card >.<

43681lmo.jpg

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card is treated as a Pyro-Type. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing 2 FIRE monsters you control and discard 1 card from your hand. When this card is Summoned, destroy 1 card your opponent controls. Once per turn, you can send 1 FIRE monster in your Deck to the Graveyard. Place 1 Infernal Counter on this card for each FIRE monster in your Graveyard (max. 7). If your opponent activates a Spell Card, you can remove 2 Infernal Counters from this card to negate the effect. After the 2nd Standby Phase this card is Summoned, increase your Life Points by 300 for each Infernal Counter on this card.
