Soul Immortal Posted July 21, 2007 Report Share Posted July 21, 2007 I no of no such web site, how ever I know of one member who can give pictures a similar holo-foil effect, and that person is jedite1000. He has a shop in the request/shop forum but it costs you some amount of points that you donate to him for his services. Its not much but seeing how you are new then you may have to wait if you decide to use him as an idea. Sorry that is all I can offer, but I suggest you look in the forum I mentioned, and take a look for yourself. Link to comment
