Once per turn, by dicarding a card from your hand, destroy 1 Spell or Trap Card on the field. If you do not control a Dragon-type monster (excluding this card) destroy this card. Decrease the ATK of this card by 400 for every face-up Spell or Trap Card on the field. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, your opponent cannot select another Dragon-Type monster as an attack target. When this card is destroyed by sending your entire hand to the Graveyard, Special Summon 3 "Dragon Shard" Tokens (Dragon-type/Dragon/Level 1/ATK 0/DEF 0). This monster cannot be Special Summoned. This monster can only be removed from the field by the effect of a Spell Card. If you Tribute Summon this monster sucessfully, draw 2 cards and discard 1 card. By Tributing this you can negate an effect of a Spell or Trap card that targets 1 Dragon-Type monster on the field. [spoiler=Effect]This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing 2 WIND monster in your Graveyard from play. Once per turn, by Discarding 1 card change the Battle Position of 1 face-up monster on the field. When this card is destroyed Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower WIND monster from your Graveyard.
