OoC: Guys, never forget to put OoC: when not talking as a character and IC: when coming out of OoC:.

IC:

Story: It is year X. The secret of the Money Pit has been discovered and now its secrets are about to be revealed. 10 brave warriors, explorers and intellectuals have been hired by the prestigious Master Corporation to explore the worlds that the portal leads to.

Talon

Talon was waiting for Master in a debreifing room. The room was made of glass, the sun's rays reflected into his eyes. He was surrounded by a bunch of misfits. "Why would Master need all these misfits to find some lousy treasure?"

Sir H. Master

Master walked out into the debreifing room where the 10 bounty hunters sat around a table.

"Now gentlemen. I am Sir Hudson Master, founder of Master Corporation. As you know, I have hired you because I require you expertise on a huge undertaking. 5 years previously, my excavation team have discovered a strange portal at 130 feet below the surface. They sent probes but they malfunctioned after 10 seconds of operation. They did however, sense a powerful lifeforce from within the dimension. It is your job to find whatever is within that portal. My associate Talon will lead you in you mission. Any questions?

OoC: 123 ply you already signed up you fool. And next time, put "OoC:". Mess up like that again and I'll kick you out.

IC: Master was quite suprised with Nagisa's question. "Well, this mission does have a degree of danger, but I'm sure you're all qualified to survive in any situation. This is why I also made you sign those liability waivers."

Agent Shadow didn't speak; rather, he surveyed the others in the room. Any questions he might have had, had been cleared up with the CIA before he entered.

He also felt, very discreetly, at one of his shoes with the other. One of his most important pieces of equipment was inside.

Drake chuckled rather loudly looking around the room. He was one of the youngest there, if not the youngest, but he felt nothing but contempt for the rest of them. "Honestly Sir, is this all really necessary. How am I supposed to have any fun or success with these circus freaks dragging me down?" he asked. He knew this would only gain agitation towards him, but the young genius was nothing less the one of the most competitive people on the planet, and he thought it would make them better rivals this way. Normally he would keep all rude remarks to himself and stick to things professionally, but he wanted to stretch all of his abilities to the fullest and he would start by testing his competition/companions.

"Well Mister Drake' date=' I put this team of 'circus freaks' because they all have skills that meet the requirements of the mission. This mission is not supposed to be fun. You could possibly die. Do you understand that?"

[/quote']

Drake chuckled again. "I understand, but at the same time it doesn't counter my earlier statement completely. Something can be life threatening and fun at the same time, and usually is" he mused, then got to his feet, his personality shifting into all business at the order to go to the helicopter. "Yes Sir" he replied, then let his face bend into a smirk again and walked out the door. He was as excited as a little kid with an all you can eat pass to a candy store, but that wouldn't stop him from getting things done.

Hm, let me think, a key to whatever's in that portal? Agent Shadow thought contemptuously. For a dimensional conqueror, this Kharn guy is as stupid as it gets.

OoC: We were supposed to go to the chopper, but everyone wants to do what they want. People, Rp ur characters to the chopper please. Make my RP move on.

IC: "Mr. Karhn, of course you will get just payment for you services. Now, everyone go to the chopper. We have a lot of prep work to do at the dig site."

"What's with the sneaking?" Agent Shadow asked bluntly; as a master of camouflage himself, he easily found Ty. "This guy is trying to hire people. Why sneak aboard when you could do this publicly and get paid?"

OoC: Before you say it, you have to admit, it is rather unreasonable that a spy isn't going to find someone on a helicopter. They only get so big.

"Fine, be that way," Shadow muttered, taking a seat. Frankly, he wasn't at all worried about Ty. Either he was extremely stupid, or he was just a thrill-seeker. Either way, he was no threat... especially not to him.
