Wicket
You know the lame Bamboo Sword card? http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Broken_Bamboo_Sword Well, this card was made for it. Soul-Absorbing Bamboo SwordContinuous SpellActivate only by selecting 1 monster that is equiped with a "Bamboo Sword" card. If the selected monster inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent, your opponent skips their next Draw Phase. Destroy this card during your 2nd Standby Phase after its activation. Get it? chaoserver
Still useless. Its a two cards that need eachother that you have to draw, and all it does is kill draw. Seriously fenrirs better...
Wicket
I know, but it still answer the question. Pointless, but, yeah.
Shaco
At least it makes more sense now But yeah, a little useless, but not completely, it has a little bit of potential, and skipping draw phases is an EXTREMELY GOOD EFFECT!!!!! And fenrir requires you to destroy a monster, and it can't really destroy much with out a supporting card, so it has sort of the same downside (granted the supporting cards can be used with others as well)With Soul absorber, you only have to inflict damage, which means you can do direct. You'll run multiples of both cards. And if you get them in sort of a Yata-Lock, 3 turns should be enough to finish off their lifepoints.

Haha, now you cannot touch my lifepoints.I activate Magic drain, now you must either discard the bamboo sword in your hand or negate this cards effect. Many professional decks utilize both of these cards, and fenrir would allow for you to kill their treeborn continuously because it has to come back. Any professional deck should be able to beat a bamboo sword deck.
Shaco
Just trying to find some good in it, but most professionals wouldn't summon Treeborn a second time if Fenrir was on the field, and they didn't have a tribute.
Kocrow17
Interesting, but still not worth it. It'd actually be pretty funny if they came up with a whole set of Bamboo support cards. XD
Professor Cobra
It's like a spell version of Yata-Garatsu. (I misspelled it, I know) It is useful with Maha Vailo.
