The only discard outlet in here at the moment is Lightning Vortex, and I've only used it about once or twice. Or 2 Lightning Vortex, Fissure, and Smashing. (Just run 1 vortex and 1 Smashing, or 2 Vortex.) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

JesusofChaos™ Posted July 6, 2008 Report Share Posted July 6, 2008 Since the rulings for it came out take a look for yourself- The effect of Prohibition prevents the named card from being "Played" from the Hand/Deck/Graveyard/Removed from Play zones. It specifically states that it has no effect on any cards of the Prohibited name that are already face-up/face-down on the field.This includes (but is not limited to): • Normal Summoning, Special Summoning, or Setting a monster. (You can still Flip-Summon a monster that was previously set). • Activating or Setting a Spell/Trap of that name from your hand. (You can activate Spells/Traps of the Prohibited name that were set prior to "Prohibition" being activated however). • Discarding it from your hand as a cost for another cards effect (eg. Lightning Vortex) • Using a card effect which activates from your hand (eg. Kuriboh, Thunder Dragon, etc) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
