What is your favorite Legendarium (LOTR,Hobbit,Silmarillian,etc) Character(s)

The Legendarium is the series by J.R.R. Tolkien (and unpublished/unfinished parts finilized by Christopher Tolkien after J.R.R.'s death). My favorite is Gollum/Smeagle, Tom Bombadil, and Melkor/Morgoth Bauglir. Gollum is hilarious, Tom is odd in a good way, and Melkor is just plain awesome.
