Totally forgot, I can't remember the name but it was Rafael's friend, and defeated Pagasus, so I would put him one place before Pegasus, taking Alexis out of the top 10.

I agree with the "Luck > Hart Of The Cards > Any Actual Good Strategie", but in a duel that Joey would duel like a normal duelist, without EXCESIVE luck ('cuz everyone needs some luck, BUT NOT THAT MUCH), he would obviously lose, that's why Joey is #997 on my list.

 

I mean, Joey Wheeler without luck is just like Syrus Trusdale.

I think not. He would still be a good player. He defeated the Grandfather of Yugi and the only "Lucky" move he made was drawing 4 cards by Roll of Fate. And ofcourse he gets Great Draws most of us don't get

Well, I think that Yugi, Jaden, and Joey are bad because they get their success through cheating. (Miracle Topdeck, Super luck, etc.)

 

1. Aster Phoenix (Yup, not biased at all. XD)

2. Seto Kaiba (Chaos Emperor Dragon)

3. Zane Truesdale

4. That Yugi Imposter in Ra Yellow (Forgot his name, but he has DMOC and BLS Envoy, in real life, he would've killed Jaden's cheater E-Heroes.)

5. Maximillion Pegasus (Toons suck. Badly. But don't diss Thousand-Eyes Restrict. That thing is pure ownage.)

6. Alister the Orichalcos Person (Don't mess with Aetonix Flame. Period.)

7.Dartz (Orichalcos deck is pretty fine.)

8. Yusei Fudo (:/ Kinda scrappy duelist with a kinda scrappy deck, but he's decent.)

9. T-Bone (Monarchs are good. The whole sacraficing 4 monarchs for Demiurge Ema is a bad idea though.)

10. Yakou Tenma (The Wicked God Guy. He has Beastking Barbaros and Wicked Gods.)

 

Cheaters aren't on this list. ^_^ That's why you don't see Yugi, who doesn't have anything good anyway and topdecks, or Jaden, who just sucks and topdecks. He has cards made for him which work perfectly in the situation he's in but are totally useless when used outside the situations he's in. Joey=phail. No explanation needed. Chazz is bad, you don't mix Ojamas and Union VWXYZ cards, and Armed Dragons, and Fiends, pick a deck type and stick with it.

I've been thinking, and Yugi isn't that good, I think he was able to beat Atem because he knew all his cards, he knew how he thinks, he knew his movements, and everything... Because he isn't that good all by himself.

 

Here are my reasons:

 

1.- Yugi vs. Mai. (Pegasus' Castle Semi). Mai was about to beat him, if it weren't by Atem, Mai would have beaten Yugi, and obv. Joey (first time was pure luck... as every duel Joey have had).

2.- Yugi vs. Kaiba. (Outside Pegasus' Castle). Atem was about to beat Kaiba, but Yugi let him win. BTW - Atem WAS GONNA WIN not Yugi.

3.- Yugi vs. Bandit Keit. (Domino City). Bandit Keit had the duel for some turns. Atem wouldn't let him have the control not even for a turn.

4.- Yugi vs. (Marik) Joey. (Somewhere in Domino City). He left Joey win, he would be able to beat him, but no, he let him win. BTW - It's Joey without luck, even Joey without luck caused him troubles

5.- Yugi vs. Joey. (After Kaiba's Tournament's events). Joey won that duel... YES HE DID!!!

I said that Joey without luck is just like Syrus Trusdale. Maybe not like Syrus but I mean JOEY WITHOUT LUCK DOESN'T DESERVE TO BE IN THE TOP TEN!

 

Well he is, let's see:

 

1.-

 

Yugi vs. (Marik) Joey. Joey wasn't able to beat Yugi 'cuz he was himself so he didn't had his luck.

Maybe Marik was controlling his mnd, but he had the same deck as Joey, but without luck, and let's be honest, Marik did better movements than Joey would have.

 

Yugi vs. Joey. (After Kaiba's Tournament's events). The same duelists, but now Joey has luck, so... winner... JOEY!

 

2.- Joey vs. can't remember the name, the guy that had the appearance of The Judge, I think Kaiba's lawyer, or something like that. Joey didn't have his luck and was gonna lose.

 

3.- All duels against Mai, Weevil, Para and Dox, Espa Roba, Rex Raptor, etc... Joey won with AMAZING LUCKLY MOVES!

If he wouldn't call that coin toss, roll dice, amazing draw, etc... he would have lost the duel(s).

 

 

That's it my reasons, so now MAYBE you think just like me about Joey... just MAYBE... or at least have an idea of what I'm talking about.
