Re word the cards like this

 

For the monster card.

This card can only be Ritual Summoned with the Ritual Spell Card, "Black Hole Of Darkness"

 

Also your monster says it has an effect, and yet it doesn't take the effect off or put a effect in.

 

Now the spell card should go like this

 

This card is used to Ritual Summon "Ultimate Knight Of Chaos" You must also Tribute monsters from the field or your hand whose total Levels equal 9 or more.

 

This is how the cards should sound :D

It's a good try though. At the moment i wont rate, fix the cards and re post them.
