So to answer your question, I would say do something outstanding. Make a new idea for cards, write the best fan fic ever, be the best person you can be, etc. Your rep will build eventually. ^_^ mine finally did. If I got a rep for every helpful thing I've done in the General Section as a mod, I would have much more than 77 reps. Not that I'm complaining. Again, they don't mean anything. Before June of 2007, they kinda did, but since then, no, they don't mean anything. Well, unless you're in the negatives. Then they kind of mean something.
