Huntar!
Welcome to the Pokevelution Spell and Trap Zone. ^_^ Here is a great selection of the collab's Spell and Trap Cards. http://nefis.deviantart.com/art/PKMN-Prepare-for-uh-70608931This card can only be activated by discarding 1 card from your hand when a Trainer-Type monster on your side of the field is selected as an attack target. Destroy the targeted monster and Special Summon 1 Pokemon-Type monster with a Level lower or equal to the destroyed monster from your Graveyard. This card can only be activated when a WATER monster on your side of the field is selected as an attack target. Destroy the attacking monster. If the attacking monster is a Beast-Type monster, inflict 1000 Direct Damage to your opponents Life Points. Select 1 Trainer-Type monster on your opponent's side of the field. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, the selected monster cannot attack or change its battle position. Also Negate the effect of the selected monster. Once per turn during your turn, you may select 1 face-up Pokemon-Type monster you control and return it to your hand. You may then Special Summon 1 Pokemon-Type monster whose Level is equal to or less than the selected monster. http://halopikachu.deviantart.com/art/Rayquaza-62325799This card can only be activated while a face-up "Groudon" and a face-up "Kyogre" exist on your side of the field. This card is used to Special Summon "Rayquaza, Silent Beast of the Sky", you must also Tribute 3 Dragon-Type monsters from your side of the field. Found via PhotobucketWhile this card remains face-up on the field, all face-up Thunder-Type monsters are in Defense Position and their Battle Positions cannot be changed. During each player's Standby Phase, they gain 400 Life Points for each Thunder-Type monster they control. Image from PhotobucketYou must pay 1000 Life Points to activate this card. Once per turn during your turn, you can select 1 face-up Pokemon-Type monster you control. Your opponent must then select 1 monster they control, untill the end of your opponent's next turn control of the selected monsters is switched and neither of the selected monsters can attack. During the End Phase of your opponent's next turn after you activate this card's effect, you can tribute your selected monster to Special Summon 1 monster from your hand or Deck which includes the selected monster and this card's name in it's card text.^If you would like extra information about Pokemon Trade and Pokemon Trade Evolution, check Pokevolution Headquarters for Info.

SushiTheLegend
Well Evolution Stones are Fusions, Baby Pokemon Evolution tends to be coin toss or something else, and normal evolution is just normal. XD.
