Well, here's my rating...And I'msorry if this is a bit harsh, I spent along time thinking about this card and here's what I have come up with,,:

The name is really catchy, it makes you more interested in what the card does, but then you look at the picture and you cry out, "HOLY MAMMA!!!" and then look away, because the picture is too plain, you need to find a better picture for it, one with a background to make it more flashy and interesting. But another suggestion would be asking someone who is good at graphic design and render the biker on the picture and add a BG of their own, sense the render is good, just not the BG.

Now, for the effect, this is where I had the most trouble with your rating.:

I was not very pleased at first with the effect, because it deals with tokens. But, that kind of rating is unfair, so I will ate normally. This card can get up to 2800 with it's own effect, but when it attacks another monster with the same type of toke that it hs, this card gets destroyed, very clever, and well balanced.

Also, by getting rid of the token on the card (thus reducing this card's ATK by 400), you can either, Attack Directly for one turn, destroy 1-2 spell or trap cards on the field, destroy monster at the end of your turn if you battle that monster with this one, or destroy all cards on the field and inflict 200 damage to YOUR LP for every card destroyed.

Now, this seems reasonably well balanced, but it's not perfectly well balanced, as the last choice effect is underpowered, loosing so many lifepoints, it's vey risky, and I don't think a pro would be likely to use it in a tight situation. But non-the-less, you have great OCG.

So, as for the ratings.

Name: 2/2, it's unique and interesting.

Picture: 1/2, all it needs is a BG, the render is fine.

Effect: 5/6, it's got good OCG, thought just very slightly underpowered with that last choice effect.

Overall, 8/10. Great Effort was u into the card's effect, just spend alot more time, thus the same amount of effort in looking for a picture to use for it.
