Mother? Father? Saboteur?

I love my family, they’re great. Yet, I’ve found that very few people have given me worse advice then my family members. So I was wondering, what is some of the worst advice your family members have ever given you? And did you by any chance follow said advice?

my parents have never given me any advice my whole life. They aren`t too nice to me either. I usually try to ignore them every time they walk somewhere in the room i`m in. Every time they see me, they start yelling at me and telling me i`m grounded for something they KNOW i didn`t do. My sister is on their side. I just have to not be around them. But a few times they gave me advice like... Um... hold on... well one time they told me that... Ok, I got nothing.

I feel you guys. (little brother/sister thing, I have both)

The most meaningful piece of advice I've ever learned (it was from me mom) is simply "Let It Go." Without emotion derived from vengful thoughts and living under a constant state of forgiveness allows for a very relaxed and rational mind. Meditating helps :)
