Miracle Matter effect fix and ideas

This is to help me make a fair card that represents Miracle Matter. If you have any tips or ideas, please tell me!

 

Miracle Matter (from Kirby N64)

12 Star/LIGHT/Fiend-Type

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by tributing 3 monsters with different Attributes. This card's Attribute is treated as NONE and this card is unaffected by the effects of other Spells, Traps, and Monsters. This card cannot attack if it has NONE. This card has 14000 Life Points (this card does not take damage from any effects or monsters that do not share the same Attribute as this). Once per turn, you can change the Attribute of this card (this change lasts until the second End Phase of your next turn) This card gets the following effect depending on each Attribute:

#FIRE: If this card battles a monster in the same column, inflict 1000 damage to your opponent.

#WATER: Any card that battles this has an Ice Counter on it and switched to Defense position (monsters w/Ice counters cannot change their positions).

#WIND: This card inflicts Piercing Damage.

#EARTH: This card can attack all of your opponent's monsters once each.

#LIGHT: This card can attack your opponent directly (this card's ATK is treated as 1000 if you do so).

#DARK: Once per turn, you may place 1 counter on a Monster Card Zone on your opponent's side of the field. When this card changes to NONE, destroy any monsters on any Monster Card Zones.

Explanation of Cards having Life Points: If you would take any damage, you can instead redirect the damage to any card that has Life Points. It decreases by the appropriate amount. Damage is reduced by the monsters DEF. Cards with Life Points cannot be removed from the field (except for tributing for a Summon) until their LP has reduced to 0.

Once per turn, you can change the Attribute of this card (this change lasts until the second End Phase of your next turn) This card gets the following effect depending on the Attribute:
