How to I make (Click To View)

I keep seeing posts that say

 

Blah Blah Blah (Click To View)

 

and then

 

Blah Blah Blah (Click To Hide)

 

How do I do that?

[spoiler=Click here to find out!]They're called Spoiler Tags. You start by putting "spoiler" in brackets like this: (spoiler) only replace the () with []. If you want the spoiler to say something you do this: (spoiler=insert text here) but once again, replace the () with []. to close, put "(/spoiler)" but with [] instead of (). Just one thing, if i had used the [] instead of () to tell you, it would have just made more spoilers which would be annoying :P
