"It was night,a gentle wind was blowing through the branches of the trees,

then all of a sudden a scream was heard,a scream of true terror it meant that the Shadow Demons have struck again and their victim has been found"

Thats what Aestor has written in his diary he has been trying to find the Shadow demons for some time now but with no luck.He thought to himself,"In the morning i will go to Azelia,an maybe there i will find something about the Shadow Demons."After that he fell asleep.

[Davok]

Black smoky tendrils curled around a clearing. Eventually the tendrils swirled, and swirled like whirlpool, elevating until finally a figure appeared. It was a Black Mage.

 

``Heh, well, well, well.'' the Black Mage chuckled. ``Another war going on? I thought these mortals had learned their lesson.'' He shrugged.

 

``Oh, well. That just makes it ripe for conquest!''

 

He raised his arms. Out of the ground came several Shadow Demons.

 

``Shadow Demons.'' Vivian scoffed. ``So that's what the `bad guys' are using these days, is it? Oh, well, I guess I can't complain. This is going to be too easy.''

[Careless Whisper]

The long black cloak billowed about in the fierce wind, as the victorious captain strode about the bloodshedded battle field. The corpses of those who have either died for this victory or those who had lost their lives for a hopeless idea of having the priviledge of having he, Meti Soharta, killed in combat. How many fools will have to be slaughtered in this feeble attempt? How many more shall it take for everyone to realize that there is no way the Captain can be struck down so foolishly? Even as he walked among the dead, he knew that only two beings in the world knew his secret, his Lord and himself.

"How can these fools believe that they can defend thimselves after this battle?" He said to himself, he was alone. "But none-the-less, I must pity them. These soldiers atleast looked like they were trying. That's a start. I was beginning to think that this would be too easy." And he stopped at the edge of the battle field. He stopped at the head of the dead enemy Captain. "But Still!!" He yelled in aggression as he crushed the skull of his dead victum into a large cloud of dust. AS the dust cloud faded, his eyes had turned a dark blood red and he finished saying, "But still easy."

Aestor didn't sleep well he was again troubled by the same dream over and over:"he is helping his father,while his mother is cooking lunch,when all of a sudden Shadow Demons attack,it all happens so fast,a minute later he is looking at the bodies of his father and mother,"That's when he always wakes up.Well he knew that he won't fall asleep again so he decided to continue his journey to Azelia.After about walking for 30 minutes he came across a horrific site,there were bodies every where,he saw someone in the distance and decided to hide.

[Careless Whisper]

Meti turned on his heel, his cloak billowed even fiercer. He cut the air with his pale, white hand, yet very dirty and bloody hand. And one-by-one, small orbs of beautiful green aura gracefully appeared out of each dead body, they floated for a minute. Then, he took out his hip-flask, and one-by-one, each green orb flew into the flask and he closed it. "Now that I'm all done here," he said, though he knew there was a new presense in the mist of the battle site, "I can leave." And he turned on the spot again, but this time, with a faint crack, he vanished in a whirl of dark streams of cloud, which dissappeared gradually into the mist.

[Davok]

Vivian sensed something. A necromancer. So they still teach necromancy in this time, eh? Vivian chuckled. He could be useful.

 

He raised his hand and a Scrying Orb appeared. Vivian looked into it and he saw Captain Meti Soharta. The Black Mage knew that Meti was aware of being watched. That was the general idea.

[Careless Whisper]

Meti's feet touched the cold and freezing ground of his first home, he usually made daily visits to the ruins of Artarius, his Dark Lake. The one spot of beauty that he visits, only for the calm and relaxing reminencing at the lake shore. But to his greatest surprise, yet he did not show it, he found that the stone bust of a crumbles statue had been disturbed. Someone was here, which worried him. How could anyone find this place, only a Shakari or someone Meti told about it could find this place, and the only being Meti ever told was his Lord, who did not seem interested in this place at all.

Jax, Rio, and Gil were all sitting at the Inn. They were currently in Ketsu Town, a small mountain city. Gil: "We can't keep pretending you know." Rio: "Agreed, were going to have to have his funeral soon and tell his loved ones." Jax: "I hope his sister will accept that Geitsu is dead." Rio: "I'm not worried about his sister, but his wife...." Gil: "You know there all gonna blame us for letting him come with us." Jax: "Yeah...I know. Shall we go tell them were here..." Gil: "Yes..." The three of them went to a small village house, but hesitated to knock on the door...

As soon as Aestor saw that the mysterious man had gone he got out of his hiding spot and continued to go to the Town of Azelia,on his way there he passed through Ketsu Town,then he remembered that his friend Geitsu lived in this town so he decided to say hello,when he finally got to the house he saw that there were three men standing there,

"hello gentleman,who are you,and what are you doing here."

Gil: "Were trying to think of how to break some news to this family here." Jax: "Hmm. Lets just do it. Jax knocked on the door. The door opened a voice said to come in, all four walked in. Geitsu's Sister: "Oh hello boys, wheres Geitsu at?" Rio: "Could you get everyone and gather them in the next room." The girl did the requested task. GS: "Whats this all about?" GM(Geitsu's Mother): "Yes where is my boy?" Gil: "Well you see, Geitsu..." Rio: "Geitsu was killed on our mission." The whole room was in shock even Aestor. GF(Geitsu's Fater): "DARN YOU THREE I TOLD YOU I DIDN'T WANT HIM GOIN!" GW(Geitsu's Wife): "I can't believe my Geitsu's dead." GM: "YOU THREE OUT!" Gil: Please be reasonable." Geitsu's Mother slapped Gil in the face. GM: "BE REASONABLE?! MY SON IS DEAD BECAUSE OF YOU! NOW OUT!" The three left the house but understood the families anger...

[Careless Whisper]

In Meti's mind, he sensed the struggling agony of a lost one somewhere in Ketsu. He considered the sense for a moment, but then he heard a rushing footsteps nearing him, he turned around to see a long haired girl with long black robes panting, apparently happy to see him. But his feeling became of fury, "How the hell did you get in Artarius!!!" He shouted at his student, Elegia.

[Davok]

Vivian let out a slight chuckle. He stepped out from behind a crumpled statue. ``Hello, Captain Meti Soharta.'' the Black Mage said.

Aestor ran out,and caught up to the three men,"Wait a minute,tell me how did this happen,how did he die?"Aestor asked with tears coming from his eyes.

[Careless Whisper]

Meti turned again..."First Elegia knows how to get in, and now you? How the hell did you figure it out!!?" He shoute in outrage at the man who just appeared behind him.

[Davok]

The Black Mage chuckled. ``It was quite easy. It's pitiful how the magic mortals use gets weaker every century.'' He said.

 

``My name is Vivian di Darko. Ever heard of the name?''

[Careless Whisper]

"Ahhh...Vivian Di'Darko, I know you, but I always questioned about your alliance. You see, I only pay attention to my necromancers, at my school and in my squads. Though you should know, that it was not Magic Mortals Use that is protecting this place, it's many series of enchantments and concealments that render this place invisably, undetectable, by any of whom that do not yet know where Artarius is. I come to this place once a day to strengthen and renew the protection. This is my first home, by birthplace, and I wish for it to remain uninhabited now. Though, now I shouldn't be surprised to know how you got in, you are very gifted at sorcery. But!!" He turned to Elegia, "I am most surprised to see you here. I only told Our Lord of this place, I would never confide in any of my students to know the existance and location of Artarius what-so-ever." He finished yelling at Elegia.

[Davok]

Vivian smiled at the scolding necromancer.

 

``Oh, so you mortals still serve those pitiful Gods, I assume?''

Since Aestor didn't get a reply from the three men in his anger he pulled out his guns and pointed them at the three man"Tell me your name's or else"

[Careless Whisper]

Meti turned with a scornful, hatred sort of look. "I would be sure to know your alliances there, Di'Darko. And no, he is not a God. Those haven't been in existance for 10,000 years now. And I don't serve him, I just allied myself with him. For reasons that I cannot tell you." He added with a hint of even more rage.

[Davok]

The Black Mage smiled. So the Gods are non-existent now, eh? Good. Conquering this world might have been a bit of a challenge with them still alive. ``I am on no side.'' the Black Mage said, undaunted by the Captain's rage filled expression. ``I only wish to end this pitiful war.''

[Final Fantasy Revolution]

Gil had easily slapped the guns out of Aestors hands. "Heh. My name is Gil. Rio: "I'm Rio." Jax: "If you were paying attention in there my names Jax." Rio: "Well a few years ago the four of us set off on a journey to find the great blades of legend. Geitsu begged to come with us, his parents didn't agree at then time, but a few days later his parents said yes. We were 10 years into our travels then we found the first blade...and that first guard." Jax: "We all fought well, but the guard knocked us three back a little ways and before we could retaliate..." Gil: "Geitsu already had the spear through his chest and was then flung into the great pit of fire."

[Careless Whisper]

"Then you have come to the wrong place. There is nothing here except graves and rubble. But for now, you may investigate if you wish, you'll find nothing." He said, he knew that no mage, not even one as powerful as Vivian could get into his father's tomb, the deathplace, and concealment of the only secret left to Meti. But he also sensed that Vivian could see that he was lying about something.

"We're going." He said as he roughly grabbed Elegia's arm and then, with the same movement as he did on the battle field, he vanished again, taking Elegia along with him, and landing himself at the doorstep of a dark, and well constructed building. "Now, I want you to stay here for the rest of the night. No more wandering around. That place is off limits to everyone but me, and if you tell anyone about it, or even mention the word 'Artarius' again, I shall know. Now get to bed." And he pushed her into her room, slammed the door, and walked off into his own bed room. He had taken Elegia back to the school.

Aestor picked up his guns,he was still in shock,but he managed to say"Thank you for telling me that,and sorry for that back there,i wasn't thinking straight,so where are you guys off to now,maybe i can come with you."

Gil: "Were going nowhere yet, just back to the in. Your welcome to join us there." The three walked back to the inn and sat down...

Aestor watched as they went to the inn,he decided to go later to the inn,right now he should clear his thoughts,so he went to find a place where he could meditate,he got to a mountain peek and there he sat and started meditating,suddenly he opened his eyes they were blood red he looked at his hands they were starting to turn into claws,but then he regained control,"This was a close one,but each time it's harder to regain control,one day i will become one of them."He got up and he walked to the inn there he saw Gil,Rio and Jax and he sat next to them,"So guys tell me a little bit about yourself."
