Each “Reboot HERO” has the same Level, Attribute, Type (Excluding the four of them that are now Effect monsters instead of Normal momsters), and ATK/DEF as their original counterparts, meanwhile they all face a shared effect to treat themselves as their OG counterparts from almost anywhere. From their, they also have shared effects to let themselves be treated as 2 Tributes for the Summon/Set of a “HERO” monster, OR, a monster of their respective attributes (“Reboot HERO Sparkman”, as examples, can be used to Tribute Summon “Elemental HERO Neos: by itself, or “Blue-Eyes Toon Dragon”, since Toon Dragin’s Special Summon needs 2 “Tributes” and this shared effect DOES NOT specify “Normal” for the “Summon/Set.) Then, each of them, save Shadow Mist who’s unique effect I made different to separate her from her counterpart that’s already more “up to date” than the other 5 (I based it off of “Dark Ruler Ha Des”’s effect), each “Reboot HERO” has a unique effect that’s based off of 1 Spell/Trap that’s directly related to the original cards (Feather Storm, Bubble Illusion, Clay Charge, Spark Blaster, and Burst Return + a sprinkling of the “Yu-Gi-Oh! GX Tag Force” exclusive Burst Impact). Lastly, each card has one more shared effect to, during the End Phase as a (Quick Effect), let the, selves be Shuffled back into the Deck from the hand, field or GY to let their user Draw 1 card, AND, if they drew a “HERO” monster OR monster of the same attribute as that “Reboot HERO”, they can  then shuffle 1 Banished cards into either player’s Deck/Extra Deck. In-universe, the idea would be that these cards would be picked first as part of a Comics-style “Reboot” of Yu-Gi-Oh GX (like what happened with DC between their continuity from before and after their “Crisis of Infinite Earths” as an example.) It’s also a double joke, as the “Reboot” can more simply be attributed to these cards getting retrains after so long behind their initial release (sans “Shadow Mist”, who came out almost a full decade after her counterparts, and wasn’t in the initial lineup of HEROes, which the in-universe “Reboot” would change.) And with their shared naming effect and call-back effects to their support cards, it’s to show that it’s STILL the original HEROES even after everything, albeit better ready and able to blend into any manner of modern decks.
