It's Rush Hour! (UPDATED 8/6/2008)

I have created a new set of monster archetype called the Rush Hour monsters.They are monsters with very fast effect,meant to speed up duels.Also,they cannot be tributed for a tribute summon.

 

Monster Cards

Rush Hour's Launcher

WIND/Machine-Effect/LV 3/ATK 1300/DEF 1300

This card cannot be Tributed for a Tribute Summon.You can discard this card to activate 1 Trap Card from your hand.If this card is sent to the graveyard by this effect,Special Summon this card.

 

Rush Hour's Fighter

WIND/Warrior-Effect/LV 4/ATK 1600/DEF 1300

This card cannot be Tributed for a Tribute Summon.When this card is drawn by a card effect,you can Special Summon this card.When this card attacks,it gains 400 ATK.

 

Rush Hour's Cheetah

WIND/Beast-Effect/LV 4/ATK 1400/DEF 1100

This card cannot be Tributed for a Tribute Summon.When your opponent activate a Trap Card,you can Special Summon this card from your hand.By halving this card's ATK,it can attack the opponent directly.

 

Rush Hour's Assailant

WIND/Fiend-Tuner/LV 3/ATK 1000/DEF 1000

This card cannot be Tributed for a Tribute Summon.You can discard this card to destroy 1 face-down Monster Card on your opponent's side of the field.If the face-down has less than 1500 DEF,you can Special Summon this card from your graveyard.

 

Rush Hour's Torpedo Fish

WIND/Fish-Effect/LV 1/ATK 600/DEF 100

This card cannot be Tributed for a Tribute Summon.You can pay 600 Life Points to Special Summon this card from your hand.This card can attack the opponent directly.

 

Rush Hour's Sail Dragon

WIND/Dragon-Synchro/LV 7/ATK 2300/DEF 1700

1 "Rush Hour's" Tuner monster+1 or more non-Tuner monster

This card cannot be Tributed for a Tribute Summon.By reducing this card's ATK by 1000 for this turn,this card can attack the opponent directly.Once per turn,you can Special Summon 1 "Rush Hour's" monster from your graveyard.

 

Spell Cards

Zoom Blast

Normal Spell

Inflict 200 points of damage for every "Rush Hour's" monster you control.After this card is sent to the graveyard after it resolves,you can tribute 1 monster you control to add this card to your hand.

 

Dash Formula

Normal Spell

By paying 800 Life Points,you can Normal Summon twice this turn as long as the monster Normal Summoned is a "Rush Hour's" monster.
