But First He Lit It On Fire
(I’m at work, so I’ll update the topic to have all the cards text written plainly on my next break or when I leave 4 the day.) So basically, the idea is that each “Omega Monarch” can serve as a Boss monster for any given Monarch or mono-Attribute deck, with accompanying Field Spells to heighten that angle. The Omega’s all cannot be Special Summoned, and when they’re Tribute Summoned (either by tributing 3 monsters of their  attribute OR 1 “Monarch” monster of any attribute), they can either place 1 Field Spell Face-up in their users Field Zone, and/or place up to 2 Pendulum monsters of their respective attributes in their users Pendulum Zones (thematically, this is to show a heightened command over their respective domains, in a way that doesn’t eat up a lot of text box space). From there, they’re all immune to your opponent’s monsters of the same attributes, in both battle destruction and their effects. And lastly, they’ll have a modified version of their level lower level counterparts effects, all of which are now (Quick Effects). As for the Field Spells, all the “Throneworlds” are basically the same, aside from using different “Monarch” monster names for their protections and focus on their respective attributes. Each “Throneworld” becomes impossible to target or affect by other cards effects while you control an appropriate Tribute summoned “Monarch” monster. Then, they’ll all support Normal Summons/Sets for BOTH players monsters of each “Throneworld’s” respective attributes. Lastly, there’s one final effect for each that lets you, whenever either player Tribute Summons a monster of that Throne’s focus, bring out an appropriate “Monarch” or Attribute-focused card from your GY or banishment, to either put back into your deck or add to your hand.
