Ultimagamer
I see what you're trying to go for with this, but I wish this had a ritual spell of its own instead of using Chaos Form. Chaos Form can't banish red-eyes monsters from the GY for the summon like it can for blue-eyes and DM. Making a ritual spell like Red-Eyes Transmigration would allow a much greater synergy with the deck while potentially making them both searchable with Pre-Preparation of Rites. Right now it'd be difficult to get both pieces into your hand without running a deck centered around summoning it with things like Manju, which wouldn't really feel like a red-eyes deck. For the wording on your card, I'd first like to give you some help on PSCT. The summoning restriction wording is a bit off. It would be better worded as. You can Ritual Summon this card with "Chaos Form". Must be Ritual Summoned. Becoming unaffected by card effects doesn't have a starting time. Presumably this happens on summon, so you'll want to specify that. If this card is Special Summoned: You can make this card be unaffected by other card effects until your opponent's next turn. The piercing damage effect doesn't really work as a single sentence. If you want to keep both parts of it, you should break it up into two effects for clarity. Also this doesn't need to have a once per turn restriction since it can only attack once anyway. Also, without revealing the opponent's hand, your opponent can just lie to you and say they have no spells or traps. The effect would work better as a random discard. If this card attacks a Defense Position monster, inflict piercing battle damage to your opponent. If this card inflicts battle damage to your opponent: They discard 1 random card. The effect to summon a red-eyes needs to be its own effect too. Right now it's a bit weirdly tied to the once per turn restriction, which doesn't work for effects. It also doesn't say from where it summons the red-eyes black dragon, so you'll have to specify that. Once per turn: You can destroy this card, and if you do, Special Summon 1 "Red-Eyes Black Dragon" from your Deck or GY. Now, as for the card overall... I don't really like it. It feels uninspired, especially compared to what Konami did with the Magician of Black Chaos MAX. Both DM rituals feel like their own distinct thing separate from blue-eyes rituals. This just feels like a rip-off of Blue-Eyes Chaos MAX Dragon with extra bells and whistles. None of these effects really work with anything red-eyes does. The card also isn't strong enough to act as a boss monster like Lord of the Red does. Being unaffected by card effects for a single turn could be nice if the card was going in for an otk. It doesn't want to do that though, it just pierces and possibly discards a card (again, your opponent can just say they have no backrow in hand since it doesn't reveal). It's bad going first, and doesn't do enough going second to justify it being dead going first. Summoning a ritual monster and blowing it up to summon a vanilla of the same level doesn't really accomplish anything. If you want to make XYZ plays you can just use this as material, and if you want to make fusion plays you won't be making a ritual monster. This doesn't really have a home in any red-eyes variant. If you were to make a red-eyes ritual you should try to make it be its own thing, not just copying Chaos Max's homework. Magician of Black Chaos MAX is a "Chaos" ritual just like Chaos MAX but doesn't do anything like it does. It even has 2600 DEF unlike Chaos MAX's 0.
