You can only Special Summon "Delinquency Flame Spectre" once per turn this ways. Once per turn, you can activate one of the following effects based on the number of cards in your hand: 1-2 cards: Destroy 1 card your opponent controls, then, you take 1000 LP. 3-4 cards: Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower Zombie monster from your GY. 5 or more cards: Banish 1 card from your opponent's GY or field, then return 1 card from your hand to the deck.
