Thomas★Zero
Heavy Metal King lv 5 DARK Machine/Effect Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must first be Special Summoned with "Max Metalmorph" that was activated by Tributing a Level 5 or higher Spellcaster monster. Gains 300 ATK/DEF for each Machine and Spellcaster monster in your GY, also, this card is unaffected by the effects of your opponents Spell/Trap cards. You can reveal this card in your hand, then, return it into the Deck; apply 1 of the following effects. * Add 1 "Max Metalmorph" from your Deck or GY to your hand. * Special Summon 1 "Musician King" from your Extra Deck, and if you do, it gains 500 ATK/DEF and cannot be destroyed by battle. You can only use this effect of "Heavy Metal King" once per turn. ATK/2050 DEF/1700
Sugar The Kid
First off, I dig the card in general. A searchable pseudo-Ready Fusion would be interesting to toy with and could allow for decks that want to play Max Metalmorph for the pay off in Full Metal Dragon to play with a more extended package. Two question: The 'unaffected by your opponents' Spell/Trap cards' is a bit redundant, since Max Metalmorph provides protection from most things Spell cards do, no? Second, why choose Musician King for a Metalmorph monster instead of a monster associated with Joey or Bandit Keith? The naming convention is cute, but it feels a bit like making an Arcana Force card that's a retrain of one of Syrus's card for a pun. It's a reference to DM Episode 53 where Musician King was equipped with Metalmorph. https://yugipedia.com/wiki/Yu-Gi-Oh!_-_Episode_053. I also agree that the unaffected is unnecessary. I think it should banish from the GY as a Quick Effect to give the theme more options for interruptions.
