Would this be OP, balanced, or bad ?

No once per turn, enables graveyard effect activations, maybe make yourself only loose 1000LP to balance out? Or more?

This would be incredibly strong because it is a foolish burial that can trigger multiple times per turn and on the opponent's turn with the upside of dealing burn damage. If you wanted to balance it then you should make it a hard once per turn and make you pay significantly more LP than the opponent.

And what if the effects of monsters sent by this effect are negated?

It would still be powerful as a way to get material into rotation for several decks, and it would also depend on if it would work like called by the grave for its negation or if it would just prevent them from using their effects while in the graveyard. Negating the effects is definitely a much needed step toward balancing the card.

Too broken this card would get shot down instantly because of fiendsmith and fiendsmith only sorry but it's true

you got a point, but I say this card has its values and that it would make a perfect dark world deck if it were a real card.
