eseer
The gist is that you take a monster, and make a "Manga [whatever]" version of it. Not exactly rules, but some stuff that could make "Manga" monsters unique from Toon monsters: -Pay lifepoints to attack with them (that isn't a thing with modern toons) -Has summoning sickness (Also not a thing) I'll begin with an example: Mangaverse (Toon World retrain) Continuous Spell In order to activate this card, tribute a "Manga" monster from your hand. You cannot summon "Toon" monsters. Once per turn, you can Special Summon one "Manga" monster from your hand, ignoring summoning conditions by tributing monsters from your deck whose total levels are equal to twice the level of the summoned monster. I know that people would be confused if I didn't include (I.e. Manga Ryu-Ran) in the title.
eseer
Alright, I'll post another two as a bump. Neo the Manga Swordsman [LIGHT] (Neo the Magic Swordsman retrain) LV 4/Spellcaster/Effect/Toon ATK/1700 DEF/1000 Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must first be Special Summoned (from your hand) while you control "Toon World". You must pay 500 Lifepoints to attack with this monster, and it cannot attack the turn it is summoned. While this card is face-up, if you pay Lifepoints due to the effect of a "Manga" monster, all "Manga" monsters you control gain 200 attack. Ink Absorbing Machine (Life Absorbing Machine retrain) Continuous Trap Negate this cards effects unless "Mangaverse" is face-up on the field. During the end of the Battle Phase, if you paid Lifepoints to declare an attack, you can inflict damage to your opponent equal to the total amount that you paid. During the end phase, you can discard a card for each time you paid lifepoints, then draw an equal number of cards.
