Cards such as "Toon Alligator" don't count because it doesn't require "Toon World" on the field. ALL monster cards must have something to do with "Toon World". Judging begins June 3rd 2008 (Tuesday) at 4:30 P.M. Eastern Central time. This card cannot attack during the turn that it is Normal Summoned, Flip Summoned, or Special Summoned. When "Toon World" on the field is destroyed, destroy this card. If "Toon World" is on your side of the field and your opponent does not control a Toon Monster, this card can attack your opponent directly. This card is treated as "Harpie Lady" while on the field or in the Graveyard. Each time this card inflicts Direct Damage to your opponent's Life Points add 1 "Harpie Lady" from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand. The pic was found in deviantART, can't remember the autor. Anyways, I chose "Toon Dark Magician Of Chaos". Effect is classic Toon effect plus it's own effect. Great job. Pic is excellent and OCG is 100% correct.
