The Highlander
A good thing that Apollousa is finally banned. This card might be one of the single most degenerate cards in the game's history, extending far too many boards with multiple additional monster negations, further exacerbating the need for board breakers. This does not fix this issue with the state of the game, but makes it a lot more managable. Apart from this ban I (and probably also a lot of people) have been waiting for, it has to be mentioned that Fiendsmith is probably still too good (albeit at least less toxic with time wins) and Snake-Eyes were definitely not hit hard enough. Due to all the consistency tools of getting Snake-Eye Ash the only way to deal with Snake-Eyes is to ban Ash, Poplar or Flamberge (and only Flamberge is a clean enough solution that does not just reduce the accessibility).
